Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Democratic Republic of CongoI would not say that I didn’t like it , but I could have been better . Breakfast choice was very limited , we couldn’t even order an omelette or a different kind of eggs. If you staying for a long moment , it’s get quickly boring and unattractive because of the lack of choices.
We like the location , very close to list of our favorite place to shop and restaurants. The bed was large, very confortable and the room was cleaned daily and early. The free water everyday in the room. The bar in the room was full with plenty choices. I have enjoyed that I could actually open the window widely to freshen the room ; what are almost impossible nowadays in hotels.

IrelandToilet & Shower room - personally i prefer a little bit extra space for both, but it was just alright. Food - no restaurant in the hotel so be prepared, but breakfast is available for 26Euro per adult.
Location - Hotel is a located within the city hence all attractions are accessible easily Wheelchair/ Stroller Access - The hotel have both hence travel with our 3 year old was ease Room - I read reviews about budget hotels in Paris which have small rooms, this hotels room was really good and justifiable. Bed - We are family of two adults and one 3 year old, the bed was sufficient for all of us. Plus they provided a single bed upon our request. Service - The hotel was kind enough to provide any services upon request real quick TV - option to cast/ plug hdmi cable is available which is a game changer
