How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Verified reviewAmazing place. Great attention to detail in the apartment: everything you need in there and it was squeaky clean! Plus, the view is breathtaking, and the pool is better than any other pool you've ever been to. The picture doesn't give it justice.
Nothing, but if really we should say something I d say the bed in the bedroom is small for us from North America. Not even a Queen.

Our stay was wonderful. Only a minor suggestion would be to provide towel for the pool.

That the pool is closed so early. We wanted to take sunset pics in the pool, but unfortunately the property closes the pool very early. If the pool was opened at least until 8:00 PM (20:00), I would have rated a perfect score. There is still plenty of sunlight in the summer evenings with late sunsets. Also more coffee in the cabinet would be appreciated.

Verified reviewThe view was magnifique, the apt was very clean and equipped. The bed was comfortable.
We were not aware of the 25+ steps from the parking to get to the apt. We are 60+ with 4 suitcases as we are staying in the area for several weeks to see our family. We had to make several trips in the rain to get to the apt. This was very annoying. Also we received an sms that the apt was ready for us at 14h30 however if we wanted to checkin before 17h we would have to pay more! This is quite greedy and coming from a long trip we had nowhere to go with our baggage in the car and had to wait in front of the residence also very annoying to get the code to the lockbox. If for some reason your 4G is not working on your phone (mine was not working to download the app) there is no way to get the code for the lockbox. Everything must be done via l'application passpass. Lastly, the bedroom is 9m2 so nowhere to store our luggage. The apt is great for 2 people not 4. We opened our suitcases in the living room. There are not 2 bathrooms and no walk in closet which is what is described in booking. The rest was fine.

However, we wanted to come back to some important points that you listed in order to inform our customers. You have received several messages informing you that the arrival was autonomous. When you made your booking, you took the time to read the instructions. You have a free parking space or you have 50 m to the left a dozen steps and not twenty. You do have the option of coming earlier, but the cleaner will give priority to your accommodation over the others. This is why there is a charge for this service. This was explained to you in advance on the registration link. It is also made clear that we do not take responsibility for grading your luggage if you arrive early. No storage facilities are available. As regards the size of the accommodation, its surface area is also specified on the advert. The flat can accommodate 4 people. Finally, it is clearly stated that the accommodation has only one bathroom and not two. We hope that this bad experience will not prevent you from giving us another chance. Best regards. Rémy

Verified reviewThe view is amazing, it is worth getting the appartments overlooking the sea. Large balcony. Appartment generally well-equipped. The concierge was really kind, informed us of everything and even let us hang by the pool after check-out, since we had a later check-in at another place. You can probably enjoy a swim in the infinity pool during the summer months, the water is still cold in May when we were there. Really beautiful pool view though.
The bedroom is quite small, confined. There is only room for a bed and some cupboards. The bed must be the size of 140x200, so for 2 people, if they are not a couple, is rather small. The mattress and the sofa in the livingroom are firm. If you don't have a car there are quite a few steps to climb to the property from the centre and the beach. It's like a work out session. 🙃

Description of location needs to be updated. Once we knew where we were actually staying, locals and taxis knew exactly where it was. It was very difficult to initially reach.

Unfortunately only 3 electrical outlets worked and they where all in the kitchen. Would have been perfect if the ones in bedroom and bathroom would have worked as well.

Verified reviewAmazing apartment with a great view. The apartment was freshly renovated, the interior was really nice and it was equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable and cozy. We also really enjoyed the public pool and the building itself.
As we traveled with a baby under 1 year, it was hard to climb all stairs with a baby carriage to get to the apartment.
