Our stay at this farm was truly wonderful. The studio apartment was clean and comfortable, providing a perfect base for our trip. The hosts were incredibly friendly, and their English was a huge help for us throughout our stay., even making a dr appt for us. We absolutely loved the relaxing farm atmosphere and the large outdoor area. The gardens were beautiful, and the pool was fantastic. Our child also really enjoyed the trampoline. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast provided was great – a delicious start to each day. A few things to note for future guests: - The studio apartment is located within the hosts' home. - There isn't a kitchen in the studio apartment, so be prepared for meals out (expect breakfast). - Washing facilities are not on-site; we used a laundromat in town. - You might hear other guests occasionally, but everyone staying during our visit was respectful and considerate. - steep stairs to get up to the room. But hosts helpful with our bags. We highly recommend this property for a peaceful and enjoyable farm stay!

The grounds of the property were free to roam around but felt a little neglected. The pool area was untidy. However this did not spoil our stay which overall was lovely.

The owner was a lovely lady. Very accommodating and friendly. The grounds were very peaceful yet only a 20 minute walk into amboise centre. Breakfast served on a tray in the courtyard with fresh coffe, croissants and bread.

The bathroom and lavatory is on the first floor so we did need to leave a light on at night for those of us who needed to use the lavatory during the night but this was not a major issue.

Lovely location just outside of town. Our host Helene was wonderfully welcoming and helpful. We booked the separate 2 bedroom accommodation which also had ad a small kitchen and living area. It was perfect for the 4 of us during our 3 night stay. There is also a very nice courtyard a large grassy yard. Great for sitting outside when the weather is nice. Would highly recommend this accomodation.

Be very careful going up the steep and narrow stairs to your room.

The B&B has a hot tub in a separate building, which was a very comfortable place to relax after a day of walking. Breakfast was good and the hosts are very welcoming and cordial.

I guess it wouldn’t be great as a romantic retreat as you do feel like you’re staying in someone’s home and you can hear people in the rooms adjacent.

Property was great, very much a family run b&b, lots of nice animals, pool was great for cooling off and breakfast was well catered for with lots of options and homemade jams.

We recieved emails prior explaining about additional charges for hot tub ,only 30 minutes were free ,when we arrived the hot tub was not in use we were not emailed about this , the reason we booked this accommodation was due to there being a hot tub .we were only informed once we asked about using it.

When booking check the reviews for the different rooms. The holiday home gets excellent reviews, but the rooms in the family home are somewhat different. We were warned about the steeps stairs up to the room, and they ARE steep: not a problem for us, but could be for others. The photos give a very generous impression of the property. If you don't like cats, it's not the place for you! We felt it was expensive compared to the other places we stayed in the Loire.

Lovely location in the countryside: only a short drive to Amboise. We received a warm welcome from our hosts and they were very helpful. The triple room was fine for 3 adults for a one night stay. Nice bathroom. Easy parking outside of the property. Nice to have the use of the small pool and grounds. Good breakfast.

Location was 2km outside town, and no lights at night to see at all. Host Helen has very rigid rules on checkin times (4-7 only, even if your train runs late!), she presented a six-page document in French for me to sign that includes cleaning fee. Hot tub also has strict hours (not past 9pm), and water is barely warm. I was scolded about leaving a light on at night so I could navigate stairs to downstairs bathroom.

We stayed in the separate cottage, which was very nice. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom on ground floor. Beds very comfortable. Helen left at our door croissants, baguettes and jam each morning.

Clean room but very poor standard The shower dispenser was not fit properly to be able to use the dispenser , the hairdryer cord was not long enough to be able to use , the pillows were to heavy and uncomfortable, room was too hot and couldn’t open the windows because of the mosquitoes, also the air conditioning was to big and noisy for the size of the room , the room was to small and cluttered and the breakfast was served in the back of the garden and we had to walk in to the garden around the house and trying to avoid all the garden bits left outside

We did not like going through living room to our private space. We felt obtrusive. I missed having a kitchen.
