Great location, secure parking and comfortable

Only one towel provided, probably just an oversight and no big issue

Very convenient for the station as I was travelling by train. Excellent steak and chips.

Hot milk available at breakfast.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Fine, no frills hotel conveniently located near the railroad station. We were allowed to check in early and check out late. Breakfast was excellent.

WiFi was weak and went on and off.

The host didn't sent all details needed to enter the hotel by chat or email, we had to obtain the password to enter the hotel by phone call with very poor sound quality on their end with someone who didn't spoke english and we were in a foreign country without phone to call from so it was a mess. We kept asking the host to send details over chat or email but never did nor read or respond our messages on booking app. A mess.

Good value, lovely food in the restaurant. Good secure feee parking at rear of hotel.

Location very close to the railway station. Did not feel safe going out at night as large gangs of young African males hanging around.

Be aware that during the weekend, the restaurant facilities are not always available. You need to call the hotel beforehand to get the information about the restaurant, and the code to enter the hotel after a certain hour.

Two large beds and fantastic shower

The lady at the reception was really pleasant and the location was close to the centre, you could park there for free. The hotel is right next to the train station

In my opinion, the staff should turn the air con well in advance if the room has been booked, so the guests are welcomed in a room that is already cooled to a nuce comfortable temperature. Personally I found the dark brown themed room pretty depressing, also the bathroom smelled a bit funny.

The location was good, close to the train station and not far from the city center.

The room was not properly clean and it was very noisy, you could ear everything happening in the street and even inside the hotel. The staff didn't speak very well English and they made pay twice for my stay, I had already paid the stay through the booking app and they weren't able to confirm my payment so they asked me to pay again.

That it was across the train station and couple shops around the place and the tramway and buses are all around

When the room is finished cleaned ,the staff should lock the door immediately after them as it was not when I came back to my room to find out open .

Immaculately clean room, helpful staff and a fantastic restaurant in the hotel which is situated right opposite the central station!

It's simply a fantastic 2 star overnight stay hotel!

Breakfast ok, creepy surroundings in the evening

Nightclub next door with lots of noise. Not possible to get any sleep. Plus central heating at 25 C which couldn't be switched off
