The bathroom and bedroom are a bit cramped. The sink and shower are actually part of the bedroom. We had an apartment on the ground floor, so it was a bit noisy.

The location of the apartment is perfect. It is a short walk from the apartment to the bakery, supermarket and the ocean promenade. And Dinard is simply amazing.

Minor things not really worth mentioning.

Very nice accommodation with good location next to the main street and 10 minutes walk from the beach. Four of us were in the attic, big living room, two tiny bedrooms and one bathroom. Clean and comfortable.

Parking in general was very easy just on the street. (off season) On one of the weekends it was a bit more difficult to find a parking space. (still close) (Not sure if this could become a problem in high season)

Les Mots bleu is a fabulous new apartment and we had a very nice stay. We particularly appreciated the good quality of the furniture and the materials they used. The apartment was on 2 floors and had a very thoughtful layout. In Dinard it is in an excellent location, a bakery is just a minute away and the famous promenade "Clair de lune" is starting next to it. We really liked it.

Weak Internet connection, and in my opinion the living room felt cluttered, because a table with 4 chairs, and an armchair in such a tiny space is a little bit excessive, this apartment is for two people only. And there was only a watered down soap in the bathroom. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect, the apartment was well equipped, the host was nice, a very good welcome cider, comfortable bed, nice decor.

It wasn’t clear that our particular apartment was right at the top of several flights of steep stairs - at 70 this was achievable but with some effort ! Maybe it was our fault for not asking …

We liked everything, although it would be helpful to have a little mirror in the bedrooms, especially when a few people are getting ready.

We loved our host Christophe, he was so warm and welcoming. He was our first impression of Dinard and he made a great one. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and a fantastic location. We were 2 mins walk from the beach, the bakery and 500 m from the supermarket.

Toilet/shower rooms with reduced space, but for short visit and mostly only for spending the night it’s enough space.

The flat was really tidy and clean, everything needed to prepare a meal was there too. A lot of facility regarding parking. Quick reply from property owners.

Minor details: Wifi not always reliable and fully secured. Intermittent smell of drains coming from shower cubicle. Was staying on ground floor so could not leave neither front windows, nor back door open at night:

Quite a distance from the restaurants and parking wasn’t always easy. Plus the sofa bed in one apartment was extremely uncomfortable.

We arrived on a busy day and really struggled to find parking. We did eventually park outside once people had gone home. WiFi was poor and intermittent. Toilet was tiny with no sink and a massive boiler directly above. No shower gel etc was provided ( shower was also very small). Flat itself was small. I’m sure other flats were bigger but everywhere was so busy in Dinard most places were fully booked. Finally we wanted an apartment as we had clothes to wash and dry so we’re attracted to the flat because it listed these facilities. However, to access them you had to go outside into a back yard and down into a locked cellar where the machines were a a few feet in hidden in a dark recess.

It was very clean and Christophe was charming and helpful. The location was excellent.

Avoid if you need reliable internet. The router is shared across all the apartments across several floors in the building and we were not able to open basic websites to access the internet. The host repeatedly accused us of needing "professional internet" to do simple email and web searches. It's unacceptable in 2023 for a unit to have spotty internet because the host will not pay for decent internet. Despite what the host will say, this is not due to "professional use" or the city having too many people in it or the internet provider being unwilling to have a higher speed. It's simply due to the host cutting significant corners at the expense of her guests. The host also suggested we drive 30mns to the next town over to fix her internet problem. We were forced to check out early. Terrible experience and be mindful of the amenities listed on Booking.com as they can sometimes be misleading. Always verify!
