The unpleasant experince was actually with reference to a bedsheets and towels, which were not included into a price ( 99 euro per night ), and I had to pay additional 30 euro, 7.5 euro per family member (which is almost 130 euro already and it is already over the average price level for such level appartments in the area). The worst thing is that I have asked 2 sets of bed sheets (I have had 2 sets with me, as soon as I was traveling with car) and I was redused and had to pay a full amount for all my 4 family members. I suppose thatvit would be more honest to include all services into a price thta is mentioned in annoucement which is visible during the search in order to make a full and complete apprisal of appartments on the first stage of search. In any case thanks to a pleasant stay.

Location of appartment is good and abt 15-30 mins walk from city center. It was small and cozzy. In genral all was very good and personnel was very much polity and helpfull.

Apartamtent located in an old block of flats a bit outside of the city Center (20 min walk to the promenade and the coast) Apartment was not really clean. Tiny bathroom, no hand soap.

Very kind owner, very responsive, on time, very flexible. All kitchen appliances available. Several nice bath gels

Awful. Of all the many flats / gites we’ve stayed in in France this was the worst ever.

When we arrived we saw a block of flats reminiscent of a British 1970s council estate. The entrance showed damp patches on the walls and was very unwelcoming. The front door to the flat on the 1st floor had chipped and worn paint. The flat was very small although that wasn’t necessarily the problem. It was tidy but not totally clean - we swept the living room floor. The bathroom was minute. There was a bare light bulb with no lampshade. There were bath towels but no hand towels, bath mat, or non slip mat. We had to buy hand towels. The rain head shower didn’t work and the hand shower head holder was loose. There was just one plug for the bath & sink. The plastic shower curtain was old and discoloured. The vent grille was filthy & clearly never been cleaned. The kitchen and sitting room had no doors - they had been taken away. In the kitchen, pots were a minimum. No serving dishes. One oven rack but no grille tray & no means of grilling food. Utensils were minimal with no serving spoons, fish slice etc There was no plug for the sink - we had to use the bath plug which didn’t work properly. There was no tea towel to dry dishes. When we asked for one we were told there wasn’t one. We had to buy one. The light fitting was loose & hanging off the wall. The toilet was just wide enough to sit in and the door wouldn’t shut. The edge of the door had been sanded perhaps to make it fit and the paint was worn away round all the edges. In the sitting room the small wooden table was very old and of the 4 chairs, one had the joints loose and wasn’t safe to use. The unit under the television consisted of four wood vegetable crates with one piece of wood across the top. The net curtains clearly hadn’t been washed any time recently. Paintwork was chipped and the whole flat was run down and badly in need of time and money to upgrade it with at least some basics. Despite the additional cost we left early and found other accommodation

Nothing apart from good hot water
