We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe bed situation with the bunk beds were very u comfortable, and for us, the top bunk was dangerous due to the ladder being in front of the bar that keeps you from falling out. Also, we feel that not providing linen was very tight for the cost of the rental. No other accommodation caused us to bring linen, especially for the one accommodation for the UK. For that reason, the cost and the bunk bed dangers we would not stay again. Everything else was brilliant, as was the host and the cleanliness. Thank you 😊

United KingdomThe beds were uncomfortable, glad we only booked one night. my back was dead after the one night. The windows need to be sealed, all the cold comes in, you can hear everything from outside and you can smell everything too.
It was clean and in a great location. We had to pick the keys up from a different location not far at all, the host sent all the info prior to arrival- easy to follow.

The instructions were very detailled and we managed to find everything eventually but maybe it could be clearer that the key box is not at the property.

PolandI do not recommend this place for 3 travellers, it is way too small. The bunk beds are set in the entrance corridor and there is absolutely no air there, so it can get really hot in the night (and smell if you're in the upper bed). In general the aeration in the apartment is not so good.

Is this a ski mountain hut or an apartment in a sophisticated town? I requested linnen and was expecting a well made bed. Instead the "linnen" was hidden in a cubourd with yet another set of complicated codes and scanners to decifer. Choose what you want to be. A mountain hut or an city apartment. You can't be both.
