Pool was closed, which was a shame, also parking can be a nightmare, especially when we arrived on the Saturday, that said, it was probably the busiest day of the year and the rest of the week was OK.

Great location, right on the piste, 100m up from the Jeux and Pre Aynard lifts. Although the apartments are tiny, they are well equipped and well thought out. Plenty of storage space for the all cold weather gear etc and nice and warm. There are a couple of ski shops, supermarkets and restaurants right next to the property, for the rest, it is a 10mn walk into Valmeniere 1800.

The swimming pool was closed. We knew that upfront so it wasn't a suprise. Further there are way to many parking lots available. Luckely we found one nearby the apartment, otherwise I had to park the car downtown which is about 10 min. walk.

The location was very clearly indicated, so we drove around a bit to locate the correct the location. We went first to the main reception, but it's not in the same building as our flat. We booked a baby bed beforehand, but it wasn't delivered after asking many times after arrival.

The stairs down to the bedrooms are an accident waiting to happen. Especially with small children. They're very narrow, windy and there is no banister or hand rail. Free WiFi would have been good as well. We also asked for a high chair in the room and never got one

- The toilet seat was broken. - WIFI is poor, - there's a cheapest gray toilet paper in the toilet. This place is noted by stars and costs fortune if you don't to do reservation by booking. I think that is unacceptable...

The localization is perfect and the staff is very friendly and competent.

A pool was advertised but is not available in winter (note the pictures show a hot outdoor pool surrounded by snow... but it is closed). The elevator didnt work during the stay. This can happen for a day or two, but not fixing it after 4 days is excesive. We had to load/unload all our luggage to/from the 3rd floor. Reception hours are very limited, if you need anything there is no one around. There was a huge snow fall and I had to borrow a spade from a restaurant nearby (very nice people), but there was no one to help from Pierre & Vacances even if they run 4 nearby residences.

Location is fantastic, right on the slopes. Apartment is nice and of a good size. There are plenty of restaurant and shops around.

I was overcharged by yourselves. Bad start. Your advertisment price was 769 Euros. I was charged 860. The apartment was high, very steep for 74 year olds. The pool was very cold. The boot room was terrible. No heating, unable to get boots on.

Room was very small, fine for a couple, but if you had five people in the apartment it would be a nightmare. I think the boot room needs revamping, carpet was very tatty in apartment,
