No one can control the weather so the freezing conditions were a surprise and it was difficult at times to warm up the apartment.

Kleber Place is an excellent central location from which it is a short journey to anywhere in the old town. The staff were very helpful and ensured our stay was most enjoyable. The family apartment was well equipped with 2 large beds and a kitchenette.

Fantastic communication and customer service. I travel a significant amount, and that always one of the best informed, kind, and holistic customer service I I’ve experienced. Kudos to the entire team. Parking is excellent. We drive a large SUV, no issues navigating the parking lot but you need to be a confident driver as some of the turns are tight.

Everything about our 4th floor accommodation was perfection especially the view from both windows. Just magnifique. Walkable distance to the main train station, tram stop 30 metre from front, 2 min walk to cathedral, monoprix, and shopping galleria.

Charming old house is a charming old house :-) without elevator

Rooms are in a beautiful old house with view place Kleber. Furniture, colors and installations are carefully chosen. Everything super charming and also the attention of Virginie was helpful.

It's just a great suite in a perfect place in Strasbourg. Convenient walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and sights. Two tram stops right outside the building. Loved the balcony! Completely enjoyed, and our host was wonderful! Thank you so much!! Jason

This was a very pleasant experience from the beginning. Very responsive and tentative email correspondence. The location was perfect for walking around the center of town, we had reserved parking - was very accessible and no trouble to park our vehicle. The room was cute and great view! We ventured to Starbucks in the morning for breakfast, about a 50 foot walk :) The lady who met us was so accommodating and very friendly and nice.
