Everything. Anne goes the extra mile and then some. An absolute plus is all the regional info she has available for guests, the great restaurant suggestions, etc. Even the rental bike was delivered at the property and cycling clothes can be washed upon request.

Amazing location, fantastic care and attention from the host, spotlessly clean, incredible pool, sauna and jacuzzi.

Would’ve been nice if there was a greater variety for breakfast.

Anne and Michel were amazing hosts. There was nothing they would not do for their guests from dinner reservations to helping the area fun stuff to do, best routes for driving and cycling. My husband really appreciated the property bike room and Michel's advise of when and where to ride. Mercy!

The location is awesome especially for cyclist like us. All famous cols are very close. The hotel itself is perfect with a wonderful pool looking into the mountains, a sauna and a hot tub. The rooms are very modern and spacious. On top of that it is very clean.

The breakfast was quite small and the choice a bit limited.

The location of this Property is unreal! The views, the pool, the hot tub, the cleanliness and most important, the hostess was aboslutely incredible! She went above and beyond every single day with restaurant reservations, giving us a ride to town to pick up bikes, to providing breakfast every day and a dinner one night with wine, amazing food, quiet property, huge room, and overall the best place we stayed while in France. I cannot say enough good about this property and host! This property sits on the route of The Hautacam climb for the tour de france and it was amazing! I cannot wait to come back! Thank you SO MUCH Anne!!

Great property. Great location surrounded by attractions and beautiful views. And most importantly great host.

Everything. The property is stunning. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with special touches like luxury towels. The common areas were superb. Breakfast was excellent. Anne is so lovely and can’t do enough for you. Highly recommend a stay here. It’s a little out of the market town by 10min by car which is worth the tranquility.

A very pastoral setting with easy access from the road, car charging station, excellent bike storage, lovely swimming pool. The architecture and interior design of the original "grenier" was wonderful. Anne is an elegant and thoughtful host who pays attention to the details.

Breakfast could have had more fruit options. We stayed for 6 nights and it would have been better if the kitchen utensils and crockery were available in the evening for making a simple salad or eating take out meals. Dining out every evening isn't always the best choice.

Location was quiet, beautiful, green, well maintained. Pool, sauna, jacuzzi was great. We went for cycling and couldn’t have asked for a better location for the Pyrenean mountains. Anne, the host, couldn’t have been more helpful. She booked restaurants for our evening meals, cooked a ‘cyclist’ style breakfast that covered a food groups. Just wonderful.

While we ate at restaurants I think having access to cutlery and plates in the evening for ‘take away’ style food, as an option, would have been a bonus. You absolutely have to have a car as restaurants are a few kilometres away from the property, this was a great recommendation from Anne as we were considering a taxi transfer from the airport.

We had an excellent stay at Lodge du Hautacam. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The grounds and facilities were beautiful, modern and impeccably maintained. The hosts were very gracious and made great effort to ensure our stay was pleasant.

Beautiful location and garden at the property. A lovely welcome from Anne who showed us our room and the facilities. The bedroom was large, the bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed and everything was clean. A little fridge was a welcome addition to keep the water and milk cold. A coffee machine was provided. We were able to bring our little dog and he was welcomed with a water bowl and a bed to sleep on. Breakfast was delicious.

Lovely room, beautiful location, helpful host, wish we had booked more than one night

A Perfect Hospitality Experience! An exceptional location on a mountainside, with breathtaking views of the valley, a flowing river, and snow-capped peaks in the background – simply a dream. The stunning view continues from inside the room as well – wide window open up to the scenery, making it a joy to wake up in the morning. The bed was very comfortable, providing a restful and refreshing sleep. The place is impeccably maintained, with great attention to detail and cleanliness. There’s a large, beautifully kept garden with cozy seating areas and lush greenery that adds to the peaceful atmosphere. The hostess was incredibly generous – she prepared a rich, delicious, and personalized breakfast that made our stay even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for tranquility, breathtaking views, comfort, and warm hospitality.

That I had to go back home...

Stylish and elegant exterior and interior. Simply impressive how modernity (paintings, decorations, furniture) has been integrated into the traditional substance (stone house, wooden beams at the wall). The views are stunning and Anne and her husband are absolutely friendly, professional and helpful. A great jewel of hospitality in this great valley.

The hosts were excellent!!! Anne made sure we had a wonderful breakfast every morning and made us reservations for dinner. We also enjoyed the large room and solitude.
