We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomAir conditioning was only in one bedroom so made it difficult to sleep in the second room during summer months and the air conditioning that did work was dripping throughout the evening. Coffee machine didn’t seem to work. Beds were on the smaller side.
Owner was lovely and informative, check in was easy and punctual. Good wifi and cooking facilities. Was clean and very well located to shops cafe etc

Nice relaxed feel to Genas with pretty much everything you could need within walking distance - we used Carrefour for snacks, the fromagerie for cheese, Nomade microbrewery for beer, Terra Nova for an evening meal, and the baker for breakfast.

Beautiful, modern and convinient apartment, very helpful, nice and communicative host, nice neighborhood. All the necessary amenities were available in the apartment. I will definitely use again when coming to Lyon.

Very friendly owner. The rooms are renovated, modern design. Everything is very clean. Very close to the airport (12 min). Very large parking, we had a Ford Transit (9 seats + luggage) and there would be enough space for one more Note: the rooms are not on the ground floor, it is the 1st floor without an elevator. If you have problems with stairs choose another place.
