You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaWhere to start......extremely dangerous staircase. Top step was a trip hazard as it was only a half step. The staircase accessed the bedroom which was in the roof space of the apartment. There was hardly any headspace and we knocked our heads several times despite being careful as you could only walk bent over in the area. This would be very dangerous for children. The bathroom was a problem in that the toilet was too high off the floor, the water pressure was non existent, despite this problem being mentioned in many reviews of the apartment in the past. The water in the shower did not drain and you were left with a pool of water around your feet while showering.......yuk! Kitchen benches were all sticky and felt totally unclean. The furniture in the apartment was a disaster....the chairs at the dining table were bar stools which were too high! After experiencing all of the above we left a day earlier. Overall, not a very pleasant experience.
Not much, only view of the mountains from crumbling balcony.

Very good coffee machine and kitchenette. Incredible views. Comfy bed. Easy to check in. Nice apartment.
