Non siamo sicuri di cosa intendi con "bagno scomodo", abbiamo controllato tutto e sembra a posto: è un ampio bagno in marmo con vasca, doccia, asciugacapelli e tutto il necessario. We are glad though you found the beds comfortable and are sorry for the smell, it was from an adjacent room which carried through and has now been sorted out - sorry. There are lots of old hotel buildings in Italy but they're still good, refurbished, well-maintanied - like us. Sorry we can't have a more modern exterior! Best regards Tom

Yes, the breakfast is extra cost, not like in Italy, however the quality of the produce on the buffet, now "demanded" by guests' (comments), local, bio, green, non-packaged etc etc makes it a very expensive meal to produce so, yes, unfortunately, we have to charge for it. We do our best for our guests so thank you especially for saying we are kind and helpful. Yes, our rooms aren't the biggest, we know what but you have everything you need in them from the brilliant aircon to the nespresso machine and fridge. Thanks again and best regards Tom
