Great location in Arromanches to see everything, comfortable bed.

Wi-Fi barely accessible in the room, when it is accessible it barely works. Had to use data during my stay instead. Location is great but the hotel is located right above a restaurant on a busy touristic street so you can expect noise until 11pm and from 8am.

A beautiful little hotel with a restaurant and bar. After a long day, we were welcomed by the staff who provided a safe locked room to store our bikes safely. A basic menu, but food is well cooked and tasty. Good beer and a comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Thus is right in the centre of Arromanches and easy to find on arrival. Highly recommended.

It was all fine except for the complete lack of attention from staff. No welcome , greetings , thanks , conversation.

    The lack of hospitality

Location good. Old traditional French hotel was clean and comfortable and a reasonable price.

Bathroom needed updating. The wc and washbasin needs replacing. Breakfast staff could be a bit more attentive but breakfast was ok

Hotel is quaint & quirky, stairs are narrow & steep as expected in a vintage building, the hotel did advise me of this before i arrived when i informed them of my mobility issues. The shower was nice & hot & the complimentary shampoo etc very nice, plenty of towels.

The outside seating area was overlooked by windows ( they also - potentially- looked into our room 😡) to access the outdoor seating you actually had to climb through the bedroom window?? The shower room fittings are looking old & the sink has cracks, the plughole lifter was temperamental & the hairdryer didn't work.

    Location Staff very friendly.

Bathroom outdated and needed a fair amount of repair. Room outdated and carpet needed replacing. Bedding was clean. Breakfast was sparse for €10 no bread. Coffee poor and no choice of tea. Whole place just needed a spruce up as quality for the cost was poor.

The location, the sea views, dining facilities nearby, the easy distances from tourist attractions.

The stairs would be difficult for those with mobility issues, it is an older building.
