The host was very nice, chatty and friendly. Room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable.

Very large room with big bed, all well prepared for us. Excellent breakfast on both mornings. Thank you to the nice lady on duty who was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Good location near Les Pieux, where there are shops and several restaurants, also easy access to the beautiful coastline.

Good to have a kettle in the room but no cups/mugs with it, and only two green tea sachets. On first night no cups/mugs left in breakfast room so couldn't use kettle to make an evening beverage with our own tea/coffee. Great to have outside table and chairs/bench seating, but would look much better with just a few plants/flowers (?geraniums) in the planters to complete the outside setting.

The rooms were very comfortable and clearly recently decorated. Beautiful surroundings. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We were given a cup of coffee and cake on our arrival.

Check in was very late with only a small time slot (5-7). We were not totally happy to stay in the building on our own.The owner left after checking us in, to return the following morning as we were leaving. There were no other guests in the building. No restaurants nearby.

Line is certainly a 'one woman band', she meets and greets, prepares the Continental breakfast every morning, cleans and tidy's the rooms. Our two rooms were clean and very well presented, the breakfast as it says on the tin, "A continental breakfast", which was adequate. Located in Surtainville which has a Boulangerie, hairdressers and a corner shop, more Ackwright, than Tesco's Express. So no restaurant or bar, you have to go to Barneville/Cateret for one. However the jewel in the crown for this quaint and sleepy village, is, La Plage, the Beach. We parked our car by the dunes, walked through the car width gap in the dunes, and felt like the Bounty Hunters, as this beautiful unspoilt long sandy beach presented itself. A stunning beach, which on a sunny day would be an ideal family destination. No cafes or bars, just spotless golden sand. Perfect.

The shower was actually broken, but it worked so an inconvenience rather than a complaint.

Very rural. Owner not present but left key for us. Fine for a one night pre ferry stop . Good breakfast.

The location was perfect, close to the village centre and walking distance to the beach.The bedroom was just as described and comfortable. We were able to store our bikes in the hallway.

No restaurant , gave directions to 2 places, the one we chose was more than 2k but closed when we got there. No soap in bathroom. Poor choice for breakfast and untidy.

The room was large, airy and charming.; the breakfast plentiful and varied. The wifi worked well.

The only problem I had was that the water was very hot and I was unable to turn the temperature down using the shower control.
