We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe stairs up to the room were very narrow, this wasn't in the description, it was OK for us, but our older dog had to be carried down.
We loved the location, stunning property, it was a great stopover on our way to Spain, our dogs came along too and loved the garden. Comfortable bedroom with good facilities. We didn't have breakfast as we left at 0600 to continue our long journey.

Great spaces, indoor and outdoor, I stayed on the top floor, the room was really big, with private bathroom, separate toilet and hallway. Use of the large equipped kitchen. Lovely grounds to walk my dog and cat. Super relaxed atmosphere. Host was very helpful.

United KingdomWas not expecting an attic room with two very narrow flights of stairs to reach it. Decsription suggested a room with a terrace. The terrace is actually for the whold property. Also, no lock on bedroom door; the bathroom was ouside of the bedroom. There was also a unoccupied second room on the floor which suggested the bathroom might be shared.
