One the rooms had a staircase to access the bed. In our case was used by young people so no issue at all.

After booking a non refundable rate, we received a message from the property informing us the restaurant would be closed on the day we booked (Saturday!).. When we arrived after a long journey from Catalonia, the manager informed us where we could drive to get pizza etc, and allowed us to buy a bottle of wine from the bar to eat our food with. I went to another local hotel for the pizzas, amd was told by the manager that thw hotel we are staying at ALWAYS closes rhe restaurant at weekends! This really is not acceptable, it was never mentioned in the booking.com listing, and we chose this hotel over others on our route because we wanted to park the car and relax after the journey. Because I chose the non refundable rating had no choice but to stay

Location is calm, but at least 15 min drive to next nice village. Rooms were OK but not in the best shape.

The outdoor eating area was closed this time. We didn't understand what the problem was, it was a beautiful evening.

Shower fixation moved, did not secure. Small point but a pain. Little bit of mould on window. A bit of anti moisture spray and a new fixation and it was great. Restaurant was closed at the weekend. The other hotel restaurant was great but I do not go in the drome for a pizza!

The restaurant was closed and we were referred to another restaurant of the hotel down the road. That restaurant only serves pizzas and nothing else because the cook was sick.

Breakfast. having to order the day before, no staff present for most of the time. Having to wander around the hotel to get a second cup of coffee. Had better breakfasts in France and England at budget hotels that provide a staffed buffet breakfast

Domaine les Mejeonnes is a charming ivy clad hotel. We spent a night here en route to the South. The room was simple but clean and comfortable and there was air conditioning. We had a delicious dinner on the terrace restaurant. Service was pretty slow but they were very busy. The pool area looked lovely but we didn’t go in it. Breakfast was also served on the terrace and was very pleasant. A great overnight stay and we would definitely return.

The steps up to our room were steep and difficult to manage with our dog or with luggage

We left early without breakfast but the setting was lovely and others were eating breakfast outside on the terrace. It was great to have the bar and restaurant so close to our room and the parking was nearby and secure.

The rooms are quite old and the swimming pool is always crowded with people reserving seats before they even go to the pool. Breakfast was not included, something the person at the front desk forgot to mention.
