United KingdomSuch a shame there is no bar to relax in. The breakfast was okay but lacks hot food for the price. How strange to have a separate toilet to the bathroom too.
The staff were very helpful and when we asked a kettle was put into our room - for every request there was no problem. The bed was comfortable and a very clean hotel. The location was perfect and a nice seating area in the front of hotel.

United KingdomI have a problem with my right knee due to an old rugby injury. Consequently, I find taking a shower a bit hazardous if there is no rail to hold on to. It would be nice to think that the lack of a rail could eb remedied before our next stay in late September
We had travelled from Tours and were grateful to arrive at the Windsor as it is close to the harbourside restaurants and they are within easy walking distance, so we can enjoy a tasty fish meal for our last dinner in France

United KingdomThe location is excellent and the staff very helpful. We had been cycling around Upper Normandy so the staff were exceptionally helpful in providing secure bike storage. Breakfast felt a little dated. Breakfast tea from a machine is never that nice.

United KingdomThe wi-fi didn't work but it might have been a one-off, I just didn't have time to ask staff to sort it out. It was a bit inconvenient but not a major problem for me. I also had a slight problem with getting into the building at 11.30pm - again, might be me but it didn't seem clear which doorbell to ring and for how long. Managed it in the end!
Great location, nice and clean room, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, bag storage possible before check-in and after check-out.
