It was all pretty great. The WiFi did drop occasionally, but only momentarily.

Very friendly and helpful staff (especially Manouk). The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere. It was clean and comfortable both in the room and the bar & restaurant. The dedicated room with heated lockers for ski equipment was a plus. And being so close to the gondolas made it relatively easy at the start and end of the day skiing.

Vaujany is REALLY low key, no apres ski & no bars. The property would benefit from having cake & hot drinks in the afternoon (not just coffee & croissants everyday). Having a kettle would provide truly hot water, a jug of hot water means drinks are lukewarm.

It looks newly refurbished. It’s so quiet and the beds are really comfortable. The food is plentiful and (on the whole), really nice. The boot room is large & well heated, easily accessible & also looks new. I would definitely recommend this property if you are not bothered about going out in the evening.

Fantastic staff, hotel looks brand new with awesome bed/ shower. It is beautiful. Staff were so welcoming and kind. 2 minutes away from the center/ lift. Has a restaurant and close to other options. Free parking next door. Don’t hesitate, this place is great

Sofa bed in family room/suite was not comfortable

Great breakfast, comfortable main bed. Great location, very short walk to ski lift even with a 4 and 2 year old + everyone's equipment!

The Wednesday evening meal was limited - we assume because the chef has that day off. Just one main dish and no starter or dessert offered (although we were given a fruit salad on request). A little disappointing particularly when compared to the fabulous cuisine every other night. Room service was a little limited - the bed was made up and rubbish removed but the floor was not vacuumed nor sheets changed during our week's stay. We know to have realistic expectations and this is not an expensive 4 star hotel but maybe having a communal vacuum cleaner that could be borrowed would be an idea... Towels can be changed mid-week - although we forgot to put ours out! Wi-fi was a little variable - it worked well in the dining/reception areas but was flaky in our room. When it worked, it was super fast.

Above all else, the hosts, Gaulthier & Manouk (apologies if spelling is incorrect!) were fantastic. They were so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special and nothing was too much trouble. Totally exemplary!! The hotel has been recently renovated and is clean, snug and warm. The bar and dining area is very pleasant and the view across the valley is totally breath-taking. Breakfast is full continental with bread, cheese, cold meats, eggs, croissants, cakes, fruit etc. etc. We stayed half board and the evening meals (with one exception) were fabulous with 3 choices of starters, main courses and desserts and new items being added most days. The ski locker room was clean and heated and the individual lockers had warmers for boots - one of the best locker rooms we have ever used. To get to the ski area is a 4-5 minute walk slightly uphill on the way there (downhill at the end of the day when legs are tired!). We found the easiest route was to go behind the shops and then use the car park lift to drop one floor - you come out right by the ski lifts.

The staff is amazing, very kind and always helpful. We loved the location amazing views and it was perfect for the family. Would stay again 100% :)

We were on the 3rd floor and there was no lift!

Breakfast was good, nice fresh products with a good variety on offer. Great views from our bedroom. Room was large and very nice. Shower was excellent with plentiful hot water.
