A calm oasis in hustling and bustling Aigues- Mortes. Serene. Beautifully designed rooms and spaces. Many little extras that made the day even more comfortable. Lovely owners. Thank you!

    Nothing. It was exceptional.

Fabian and Franck did a great job to bring the house to a wonderful standard; beautifully decorated; all mod cons. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious, watching the swallow go crazy over the roofs of the town chasing mosquitoes. In the middle of town, all walking distance yet quiet and private.

The B&B is so well done - from the tasteful decor, sublime comfort of the room and grounds, to the delicious breakfast and kind hospitality - I can’t imagine anything better.

Breakfast was on the sweet side which was good for us but might not be welcomed by other guests.

Beautifully restored house inside the medieval walls of Aigues-Mortes. Lovely rooms, wonderful little courtyard with a pool. The owners had a good system for parking in place.

I highly recommend Marcelle en Camargue. It is a beautiful place with a lovely courtyard garden, pool and poolhouse. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was on the terrace every morning with fresh bread, croissants, jam, yogurt, fresh fruit and juice, coffee and tea. It was a fabulous stay!

    Absolutely nothing……..

This is an elegant piece of paradise at the heart of beautiful, historic Aigues Mortes. Fabien and Franck do everything to make their guests happy. Breakfast is excellent and I loved the linen napkins. The small pool is a delight and the whole atmosphere is one of calm and delight .

    Nothing

The property is flawless. Every detail — from the artwork and garden to the flooring to the soap, beds, towels and wines — evidences thoughtfulness and care as well as great taste. Yet it is relaxed and unpretentious. We had the top floor room, which looked out on ancient church bells and a watchtower of 1000 years ago.and down into the jewel box courtyard. The owners somehow manage to combine the service levels of a five star hotel with the intimacy of the best B&B. Aigues-Mortes itself is a quiet and peaceful yet lively place that does not feel heavy or theatrical like other medieval towns with intense histories. it’s a great base from which to explore the warm waters and unspoiled beaches of the region (by car or e-bike) as well as the sites and festivals of Montpellier, Nîmes, Avignon and Arles. The restaurants are simple and simply delicious and reveal themselves from inside of hidden magic patios overflowing with vividly colored vegetation and scents of jasmine, wood fired ovens and the sea.

    It was all absolutely wonderful

One of the best hotels I have stayed. Large, beautifully designed and decorated room. The most comfortable bed ever. Stylish, ultra clean and modern bathroom Excellent water pressure in the shower. Delicious breakfast Delightful, peaceful pool and garden area Complimentary wine and snacks an added bonus But best if all Franck and Fabian were the best hosts ever and gave the best recommendations for restaurants and things to see in Aigues-Mortes
