The location is perfect for visiting Arles and Les Rencontres. The renovation is nice.

The rooftop would be perfect if there was a bar and some staff. The aircon is noisy and can't be totally stopped. The parking is not free.

Insanely expensive for what is offered.

It was clean and updated and right across the street from the tourist information center. The location could not have been more perfect. The staff were very kind and helpful. I would stay there again if I were to visit Arles in the future.

Excellent location, close to city center. Front desk staff was nice and responsive.

The rooms are on the tiny side. There were renovation work at the hotel, which was supposed to finish by the time of our check in July, but they were ongoing. The whole reception area and the restaurant were under repair. We’ve been woken up by works at 7 am, with very strong noise by the front windows of the hotel. The breakfast was terrible, with a very poor choice of food. No fresh fruit and vegetables, just compote and jam and cereal. The coffee was horrible. Overall , it’s terribly overpriced for what is offering.

We decided to have breakfast. It was the most chaotic experience, the breakfast table was empty, the only two coffee machines were out of order. Eventually somebody arrived, looking like they had overslept. We never had any breakfest

location, next to the center of Arles. friendly and discret staff.

decoration of the room (beige and brown, bit sad and old fashioned). impression that the hotel is under a revovation/remodeling and that we get an "old" room

The location is great. Very close to the city centre.

The breakfast was terrible, very poor selection of food, very bad coffee. We were woken up by renovation works at the hotel, when drilling started around 7 am.

Excellent location with easy walk to great choice of restaurants, bars and historical centre.

On arrival we were told an electrician was working on broken aircon in our room and under pressure we were reluctantly given another room. The facilities in this room were basic eg no water or coffee. The hotel is under renovation, breakfast was ruined by the strong odour of paint due to decorators painting nearby. The garage offers limited paid parking.

Not much to like here. Under construction staff are noncommittal and no one can help with anything.

Under construction. A terrible smell, permeates everything. It is noisy and there is no possibility of sleeping. A terrible terrible hotel.

The room was very clean and had air conditioning.

The Hotel is currently being refurbished, so there is a lot of disruption. Pool sometimes open, depending on where the internal works are being carried out. I would not recommend booking until the works have been completed.

The size of the room was excellent, bedding was great. Location was also excellent.

The hotel is under renovation which we did not know about until we arrived. The rooms had not been finished painting, we had to ask for a fridge in the room & also the coffee machine. These are small complaints however, I feel we could have been offered breakfast or a reduction in the price per night.

    Property response:

Dear Jan, Thank you very much for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the size of the room, the bedding, and our ideal location. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the ongoing renovations. We completely understand your frustration of not being informed in advance, and we will work on improving our communication regarding this matter. Regarding your suggestion for breakfast or a discount, we will take it into consideration and discuss it internally to better meet our guests' expectations during this renovation period. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back under better conditions. Nadia, Reception Service
