How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

- Parking entrance was hard to find and spots were very tight, we didn’t manage to park in between the lines and still get out of the car so we used two spots (as did many others). Luckily there were plenty of empty spots
- Clean and spacious room, with a good coffee machine and separate toilet - Very quiet! - Lovely, helpful staff, both at the reception desk and in the restaurant area - Convenient parking, with an elevator going directly to the hotel. In the weekend it was free, we could even charge our car for free - Breakfast was good and dinner at the hotel was great quality too

Was upgraded to a nice room with complementary hot and cold drinks. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Staff were friendly and professional. Would recommend this hotel as a stop on your way down south.

One of rooms had a smell when we arrived

Would have been helpful to know about the car park access construction before we arrived. I’ve stayed here 5 times before so I knew there was another entrance.

Absolutely nothing to complain for . .
We had a fantastic stay! The hotel surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our visit even more special. Everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. The staff were excellent – professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which made us feel very welcome. The highlight was definitely the breakfast – honestly the best we’ve ever had in a hotel, with so much variety and incredible quality. Highly recommend this place, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Warm, helpful staff. Modern, clean, spacious and comfortable hotel. Fantastic breakfast selection. Really convenient parking in car park directly under the hotel. 5 minutes walk to centre. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Area around the station not the most salubrious.

Be aware that the bathroom floor is extremely slippery after a shower. Make sure a bath towel is on the floor!
Although it is a mess outside (road works) inside is lovely and open, the diffuser by the door smells divine! Lovely restaurant on site for an evening meal, 3 courses for €29! Friendly staff and nice bar area. Good underground parking.

Brilliant for our stopover after a long drive. All the staff so friendly and helpful. Room was perfect- great air con, comfy beds and really clean..We all slept brilliantly. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel too and both were very good and in a lovely room. Parking right outside the back of the hotel very convenient.

Breakfast was really great in a lovely setting, we had a very goods nights sleep and the location is just so convenient with underground parking too (bikes in tow). We travelled in the UK to Dover, came over on the ferry and drove for an hour to Arras. We certainly recommend.

The hotel is lovely and the room was very clean and comfortable. The fridge with complimentary drinks and the slippers to take home were a nice addition that we enjoyed.

There were major road works going on outside the hotel so it was a bit of a faff finding the parking, but when we did it was all good. The view onto a car park wasn't the nicest thing to see first thing in the morning, but that's just me being a bit pendantic.
Location was good. The room was lovely with a nice big comfy bed. The mini bar was stocked with water and orange juice we could use, and the parking at the hotel was great. There was a lift straight up to the hotel so we didn't have to lug our luggage up stairs. The staff were lovely and accommodating, especially the staff in the restaurant when we went for dinner. The food was delicious and very reasonable.
