The location was easy to find & good to catch trams to the centre from, the room was lovely & big & the air conditioning kept the room comfortable. The shower & bathroom was big & the shower was powerful. The breakfast in the morning was good with plenty to choose from.

They try to rush you at dinner. Had egg mimosa and smoked salmon as a starter which consisted of 3 half eggs and about 10g of salmon. The burger was OK although a little bit nicer than Mcdo. Next morning have a shower and no soap in the container. Poor show for that price.

Our original booking of interconecting rooms was changed for a quad family room due to Tour de France teams staying. This meant with 2 adults and 2 large teenagers we were a little cramped. OK for one night though. We obviously got a discount and free drinks and breakfast thrown in too. It's very handily opposite a tram stop into town so great place to stay and not worry about driving into town.

Very good hotel. It is not in the center, but you can reach the center by car in a few minutes. Large and free parking in front of the hotel. The rooms are very nicely decorated. Friendly staff.

Bit of a mix up on the part of the hotel meant that we had to change rooms after our first night.

The breakfast was horrible for Mercure Hotel, bread not fresh, choice limited, scramble eggs looks like a mousse, not appetizing, for the cost of the stay it could be much better, the good point was the fresh croissant.

Every day the same breakfast, no vegetables. I had to activate the card daily because was not working, was really annoying going to the room and then came back to the reception because I couldn't open the door. The bed had a funny/bad smell.

Somehow, the toilet seat (so the ring I sit on) is smaller than the toilet itself, which makes it a bit harder to use. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Breakfast....not enough food particularly after a coach party were booked in for an early start. ..... Value for money, expensive at 20 euros per person. Disappointed to see the lack of hygiene with reference to flies on the food.

Only down side was the outdoor seating space. Directly located next to exit vents for some kind of air conditioning unit so was noisy.

Very clean, newly refurbished. Family friendly bar area with board games. Very quiet despite location near busy roads. Excellent breakfast including wafer pots to fill with sweets!

Trying to find the hotel was very hard the sat nav did not like the address given.

Good location out of Caen with parking ,unfortunately the restaurant was not open the night we stayed.
