And the breakfast place was so small that it was very surprising for a 4 star hotel. The same was the lobby it was not suitable at all for a 4 star hotel.

The room was on the first floor and since the breakfast was on the same floor the corridor was smelly, which was quite unpleasant. The receptionist was so quick and pleasant to deal with, that woman greeted us very nicely. The room was not small and had a nice balcony. The bathroom was also nice and convenient.

Unfortunately my room was opposite the cleaners office and the lift. That door was opened and slammed (with also a creaking hinge) every five minutes during the day. Why have this opposite someone's room? The other issue was that despite using the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, and verbally requesting that we do not want the room cleaned every day, this would be ignored. They would also knock and come in straight away. Why don't you understand do not disturb means DO NOT DISTURB?

the room cleaning schedule was a bit erratic. This is a pet friendly hotel which meant I had to take an elevator with a great Dane; did not like that.

We did not take breakfast in the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The ensuite was an excellent size and the shower was exceptional. The bed was very comfortable and the surroundings and balcony very pleasant. Only small annoyance: The heater controls were confusing and insisted on switching on about 3am making the room warm and stuffy

1st floor rooms are to erase. I had the room number 107 in which at 5am i couldn’t sleep because of the kitchen smell. That room is next to the kitchen where they prepare the breakfast. I think the breakfast room has to be in ground floor. To be in permanence in the smell of croissants etc it’s disgusting. Bathroom is very small

1 Room in which I stayed.2 Room on Booking.La reception: the room does not resemble the room I booked. The three receptionists: yes, that's the room. Me: maybe you can find us another room. Well: we don't have rooms available. Me: or maybe something superior with the payment of the difference. Well: the hotel is full. I go up to the room, enter the booking and find the King suite available at a price difference of 300 euros. I go down to the reception. Other receptionist: there are no free rooms or suites. Not even starting tomorrow.If I booked in front of him on the booking I lost the money paid for the first reservation. If we move to another hotel, too. Anyway they had ruined my day, there was no point in getting damaged, so I stayed. However, I don't understand why they didn't want to rent the more expensive room.
