Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandWe arrived before Check-In, and the lady at Reception, was not as helpful as I would have expected. For a Hotel that has a great view of the Eiffel Tower, the voile / net curtain across the window, was very difficult to open or close, it just felt like it was going to break or tear every time.
Proximity to the Eiffel Tower & room with Eiffel Tower view, the view was OUTSTANDING!

AustraliaShower was quite small and the shower head kept tilting so water was flowing out onto the floor. Tried to manually fix it. Rooms are quite outdated. We requested for late checkout as we were meant to arrive on time however our flight got cancelled so we lost a night. No refund was given but they gave us late checkout, thanks to the manager.
Fantastic location, you couldn’t be closer to the Eiffel Tower. Comfortable Bed.

AustraliaThe room was much smaller than anticipated. Barely enough room to move. Parking was exceptionally difficult to sort out. You need to pay at reception for a discount, but when we asked about parking when we checked in, they didnt say anything about it. So we for the first day we paid double for parking.
Breakfast was absolutely divine. Everything was 10/10. Most of the staff are exceptional and are happy to help. Most of them speak english well too.

PolandWe had a privilege room with a mini bar included as well as a coffee machine, we only got two paper cups which was absurd.. Even though we were staying only one night, a maid walked in to our room in the morning without any warning. When I asked her “can I help you?” She said “oh sorry, sorry” and left. About fifteen minutes later a strange man walked in saying “room service!” even though we didn’t ask for any type of service. I thought it was very bizarre..
Hotel is literally three minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great to see the tower at night time. Unfortunately there is nothing else to do in the area.

Location is really good. Hotel itself is very nice however the rooms are very small. We did get upgraded which was great and two glasses of Prosecco were included. We were told it would be champagne but then told at the bar we couldn’t have that, it didn’t matter though.

GreeceEverything was very nice! Except that when we made the reservation we booked breakfast and dinner. Note that dinner is not available, after asking at the reception they told us that we would have to pay for what we get from the restaurant, even though we had already booked half board, after we say again that we have pay for dinner already they told us that we could get a main menu and a dessert as a gift from the restaurant there, something we didn't accept and paid for because we felt bad!
