We arrived before Check-In, and the lady at Reception, was not as helpful as I would have expected. For a Hotel that has a great view of the Eiffel Tower, the voile / net curtain across the window, was very difficult to open or close, it just felt like it was going to break or tear every time.

Great location right outside Effiel tower. Staff are really friendly and gave us a free upgrade through the accord membership. Perfect for 1-2 nights in Paris to see the effiel tower and surrounding landmarks

Shower was quite small and the shower head kept tilting so water was flowing out onto the floor. Tried to manually fix it. Rooms are quite outdated. We requested for late checkout as we were meant to arrive on time however our flight got cancelled so we lost a night. No refund was given but they gave us late checkout, thanks to the manager.

Fantastic location, you couldn’t be closer to the Eiffel Tower. Comfortable Bed.

The room was much smaller than anticipated. Barely enough room to move. Parking was exceptionally difficult to sort out. You need to pay at reception for a discount, but when we asked about parking when we checked in, they didnt say anything about it. So we for the first day we paid double for parking.

Breakfast was absolutely divine. Everything was 10/10. Most of the staff are exceptional and are happy to help. Most of them speak english well too.

We had a privilege room with a mini bar included as well as a coffee machine, we only got two paper cups which was absurd.. Even though we were staying only one night, a maid walked in to our room in the morning without any warning. When I asked her “can I help you?” She said “oh sorry, sorry” and left. About fifteen minutes later a strange man walked in saying “room service!” even though we didn’t ask for any type of service. I thought it was very bizarre..

Hotel is literally three minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great to see the tower at night time. Unfortunately there is nothing else to do in the area.

Hospitality is very bad , our indian hotels are 100%better then these type of 54 star hotels.

This property is near to eigel tower , walking distance about 400 mtr but rooms are very compact

Bathroom very small.

Location is really good. Hotel itself is very nice however the rooms are very small. We did get upgraded which was great and two glasses of Prosecco were included. We were told it would be champagne but then told at the bar we couldn’t have that, it didn’t matter though.

The room was not perfect (the light for the bathroom's mirror was not working, a couple of spots had no paint) but it was very clean and the view made it worth it without a doubt

The view of the Tour Eiffel was impeccable, much better than what I was hoping!! The staff and the services were also great: minibar items included in the room price, luggage storage before and after our stay, helpful staff available for any need.

Communal area of the hotel was nice, but the room was a bit tired. Local area despite the location doesn't have that much in the way of decent restaurants within walking distance.

Shower wasn’t draining from the very first moment, no shampoo and conditioner provided. Rooms are very small compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip this time that are very similar in rating and value.

Everything was very nice! Except that when we made the reservation we booked breakfast and dinner. Note that dinner is not available, after asking at the reception they told us that we would have to pay for what we get from the restaurant, even though we had already booked half board, after we say again that we have pay for dinner already they told us that we could get a main menu and a dessert as a gift from the restaurant there, something we didn't accept and paid for because we felt bad!
