paper cups with the tea and coffee in the room should be glass or ceramic. Breakfast is quite poor . With a little effort and love things could be so much better.

the main interior archiecture of the house is stunning, the layout and rooms are great, very inspiring.

A little bit smoky in the bedrooms from the fireplace downstairs.

It was an experience staying in this old mansion. You felt like you were back in time. The house and the grounds were beautiful.

Shower was shabby and shower head didn’t stay on wall, sanitary ware seen better days. But overall historic feel of the place made up for it.

Very charming place, beautiful property and very friendly English speaking host. Breakfast was very basic but ok. Close to the motorway, great stopover location. Lovely village of Dourdan is close with a selection of places for an evening meal.

Access is via a door code. The code we were given did not work and there was no answer on the phone number or email. It took around 45 mins to find someone who could help us get into the building. The bathroom was very small and both bathroom and external toilet were in need of maintenance.

Good breakfast, good location with easy access from the motorway and decent sized rooms. The grounds were great for exercising our dog after a long journey.

No plug next to my bed.

The owner was superb. We were very delayed, so arrived late, and he called explaining how to get in safely. I was able to park my car and trailer securely in a secluded, closed car park in the grounds. The location was excellent, just south of Paris and very close to the A10. I was staying with my mother, and the room was enormous! With a very comfortable enormous double and single. A lovely quirky old hunting lodge.

We did not expect this wonderful place at all, the place is amazing and the 2 brothers, (Claude and George) welcome was just great and they are also very funny. The place was just perfect and there hospitality is spontaneous, we had dinner there and out of nothing their chef, (Anour) made such a tasteful dinner. If you want something unexpected go to this place the house by itself is a museum. Sorry if i spelled the names wrong of the brothers and the chef.

Not a good customer service. We couldn't stay there because the code (entrance) wasn't working. We didn't get a reply back from the accommodation, and so there's nothing apparently to be done about that. No communication whatsoever....

We arrived in the evening, when it was already dark. A short drive from the highway Le Logis d'Arnière lies in the middle of fields, no lights close by. Arriving felt like time-traveling to the 19th century. All dark except the house, an elderly man (the owner who takes care of his guests himself) let us into a place with high ceilings, all wooden floors and stairs. A lot of tiny passages on the top floor, just like you imagine a huge country house in the 18th century. Only this one has modern comfy beds and running hot water. In the morning the owner, who was very nice and chatty, served breakfast either inside or outside on a terrasse overlooking the huge property. We were just there over night to continue our journey in the morning, but we were flashed by how different and overall nice this place was compared to a 'regular' hotel.
