Amazing location and views. Modern flat with all you need.

The check in- the info was incomplete to get into the property, so that was a real pain. The shower was also a bit wonky.

Hello, the apartment is not good. It needs a lot. First, I did not receive the message to enter the apartment. I waited a long time outside and the weather is cold. Also, the bed sheets are not clean and are dirty. Also, there are small insects in the hall. It is scary. On the last day, the hot water was cut off.

Pros: • 
In the centre of Chamonix town, you can walk everywhere • 
Beautiful view from the balcony of the mountains • Close to ski hire shops, buses and walking distance to ski lifts • Parking available

Cons: • It was impossible to set the shower temperature, it was either very hot or very cold. It was a dread taking a shower because the water temperature was so unbearable. When I contacted the host they said someone will come around the next day to have a look – nobody did. • When we arrived, the bedding was stained, and the bed was not made. I had to make the bed and noticed how dirty the duvet and bed sheets were. I’ve never had to make a bed when staying at a rented property! I did complain and received new bed sheets the next day, but let’s put it this way—we did not feel like we were staying in a clean place. • Communication with the host was quick initially, but I think I spoke with 3 different people in the end. When I contacted the host on booking, they told me to contact a rep on WhatsApp, that rep was not working and told me to contact another rep on WhatsApp. It felt like time-wasting and a lot of admin if you have an issue that needs sorting. • I think the apartment is compact and it would be a stretch to have 4 people stay.

Very well positioned in the center of Chamonix. Close to all areas of interest. Super view from the balcony. Parking space provided close to the propriety.

Everything was as per our expectations.

It was cleaned and nicely maintained

The property itself was great, however there is a company that manages it, and it’s difficult to connect to them, you are shared multiple phone numbers of different people to talk to. They also charged us 20 euros for early check-in. They didn’t have replacement garbage bags and we were told to get new ones for ourselves for three days of stay. They mention about sofa converting bed in the listing , however , no bedding was provided for that and you can’t use it. I was afraid of asking for it, because they had mindset of charging money on everything. The bed itself was okay for two.

The patrons leaving the bars could be a little disruptive depending on how sound of a sleeper you are.

Location is just heart of Chamonix. Many shops,supermarket and restaurants nearby. Host provide free parking at Saint Michel that's helped me a lot on busy X'mas day because without this card I couldn't parking everywhere. Host very nice and response fast.

Room has no curtain

Amazing apartment in a perfect location with views of Mont Blanc and the sound of the flowing river below. We’ll definitely want to book again!
