Reviews of Mercure Mont Saint Michel 4 stars

Excellent location, quiet and beautiful environment, good restaurants within 100m range, clean room and comfy bed. Breakfast hall is big, bright, and with very good food.

Entering the Monte Saint Michel area need access code at an access/toll gate, maybe the hotel sent me email providing access code, but I wasn't able to reach my email box due to some reasons, so got stuck at the access/toll gate for quite much time. It'd be good if there is a big and clear sign on the gate telling incoming customer what to do, provide a phone number for help. Otherwise, not only me, most of customers going to that access/toll gate got confused and stuck for more or less time.

Location was excellent. No view of Mont Saint Michael but the shuttle stopped just outside the hotel.

The hotel and rooms are very tired. A mouse ran across our path in the corridor outside our hotel room.

Location is close to the Mont Saint Michel. The shuttle bus stop is right outside the hotel. The whole area is very pleasant, clean .. fine for a one night stay. It is comfortable , meets the purpose.

There is no food available after 9 pm. There should at least be a way to but some packaged snacks

Very comfortable bed. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Get location to the Mont Saint Michel.

the shuttle bus were full prior to arriving to the hotel. There should be a specific bus for only hotel guests in the compound at least every hour.

It’s not a 4 star hotel according to my experience. No slippers, no drinks (mini bar) in the room, no room service. If you don’t know to reserve a restaurant table in this tiny village, you have nothing to eat in the evening :(

Lovely restful night in a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous breakfast the next morning. Great being able to use the shuttle bus across the road as often as you like.

The room was very spacious, tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. Simple and functional furniture with lots of storage space. Large bathroom, comfy bed. It was great to have a fridge and a tea/coffee maker in the room. We loved watching sheep from our window! The breakfast was delicious with great variety of choices. Free parking (but you have to pay to enter the zone where hotel is located). Shuttle bus to Mont Saint-Michel stops in front of the hotel.

No elevator for heavy luggage. The separate toilet room was very small. No safe in the room.
