The only thing that I even consider as a dislike is that the servicing of the room is very sparse. I stayed for six nights and only one towel service was done mid-week and no change of sheets or cleaning that I could notice. No major deal because I'm not a messy traveler, but if the weather was not as nice, keeping the floor clean could have been a challenge (shoes/boots).

I have stayed at this property a few times over the years and am quite comfortable staying here. It is just a few steps from the harbor and all of the restaurants and night spots. It's great for going out for a walk in the morning as well. The rooms are efficient and good space for luggage and working at the desk. Parking is available and easy to access once you get oriented and used to it. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

I've booked a room for 4 people. I found it spacious and well-maintained. The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, and the kitchen was adequately stocked with all the necessary amenities. The provision of hygiene products for all four guests was appreciated. Although the furniture, particularly the table and chairs, appeared somewhat dated, they were functional. One highlight of the room was the large balcony, which added to the overall appeal.

The room is a bit too small and not well equipped for dining. We had to move the dining table from the balcony to the inside in order to be able to all dine together. Our friends occupied a 2-person room without a balcony and for them it was pretty much impossible. If you are after the beach then this place might not be ideal, because the beach is about a 15 minutes walk away.

We had a smooth check-in and check-out with a very pleasant receptionist. There is parking available in the underground garage which is convenient, albeit not very cheap and note that it required super-power driving skills to park our huge Citroen Spacetourer in one of the parking spots. The kitchenette and the kitchen equipment are sufficient, although we would have preferred more cups/glasses. The neighbourhood is great - the place is just a few steps from the marina and the old city center.

This apartment was absolutely unacceptable. It clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time — there was dirt everywhere, and even the bedside tables were filthy. We stayed for five days and not once was the room cleaned. Towels were never replaced, no new toilet paper was provided, and anything extra, like basic cleaning, costs additional money. The windows didn’t even close properly, and the shower holder was broken. And that’s not even the full list of issues. We were extremely disappointed and would have left immediately if there had been any other place available, but unfortunately everything in town was fully booked. Charging money for such terrible conditions is outrageous.

Only good thing was the location.
