Very friendly hosts. Lovely bedroom. I was arriving late evening and they were very helpful. Parked my motorbike safely overnight under cover. Lovely breakfast. Couldn't be more helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

I can’t rave enough about our experience at this property. Dawn and Chris’s attention to detail was incredible - from the thoughtful and thorough check in to the beautiful breakfast basket delivered to our room. The room itself was very comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The yard and grounds really made this stay above and beyond - the alpacas are so cute and there’s plenty of lovely places to walk. Highly recommend as a stop after a long drive, or even as a destination in and of itself!

The property was a unique house with beautiful room and shower room. The bed was comfortable and everything spotless. The breakfast was lovely and tasty, packed in a picnic hamper that we carried out into a spot in the garden to have with “The Boys” ( Al Pacas)😀 Chris and Dawn are amazing hosts and made us feel very welcome telling us about the house and it’s restoration.

Fantastic breakfast, beautiful location, comfy bed and super friendly hosts. No faults at all. Added alpacas were a very cute bonus! Highly recommended. Parking no problem in a H3L3 camper van (6.75m with bikes on the back and 3m high).

Absolutely nothing it was perfect

Ours was a last minute booking & we arrived within the hour to be warmly welcomed by the hosts. Their beautiful home was easy to find 1mile from main rd N10? The rooms are beautifully decorated with every attention to detail with a wonderful shower. The breakfast was delivered to our room & was perfect with fresh orange juice warm pastries cereal & fresh fruit & a pot of coffee. We were introduced to the cutest Alpacas & shown around the property grounds by the nicest hosts we’ve ever met! A return visit is a must to spend more time exploring this lovely area. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Difficult to find a restaurant nearby that was open. I recommend asking the owner in advance to book a table for you at the lake restaurant. They are very happy to book for you.

Beautiful room and a lovely wood fire. Breakfast in the room was a nice surprise and was excellent. Lovely owners.

What a wonderful place to stay on the way back from Spain. Very convenient, just off the motorway; friendly hosts; clean and cosy room with log burner; and breakfast brought to your room in a basket. What’s not to like ! We would highly recommend it and we will definitely return.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Nana Mac! ❤️ we’ve enjoyed every bit of it from the beautiful room and bathroom interior to a cozy fireplace, tasty breakfast and getting a kiss from an alpaca 🦙 we would definitely recommend this place!! Hosts are such warm, kind and friendly people!

A beautiful old property, full of character, currently being renovated to a high spec, by the owners Dawn and Chris. A real gem in the heart of rural France. Dawn and Chris were so welcoming and friendly & could not have been more helpful. We met ‘the boys’ on arrival too - the owner’s alpacas - which make this property unique. Our breakfast the following day - after a wonderful night’s sleep in a very comfortable bed - was amazing. It was delivered to the bedroom in a wicker picnic basket by Chris. We enjoyed real tea, orange juice, overnight oats, cereals, croissants, pain au chocolate and fresh fruit. A veritable feast. We would love to return in the future and can’t thank Dawn and Chris enough for their hospitality.

Everything. The hosts were lovely, friendly, and totally welcoming. The room was beautiful, but the prese tation of the breakfast and its contents were superb. We toom photos to send to all our friends. This is a top quality Chambres D'hotes run by an english couple who through their establishment and wonderful Alpacas are contributing to tbeir community.

Lovely welcome from Dawn and Chris. Our room was beautiful with large fireplace and dining table. The woodlands will be great in spring and summer to let the kids run off steam or adults have a nice drink at one of the many sitting areas dotted around. Excellant breakfast provided in wicker basket, would be lovely to take outside ,weather permittting. All this before we get to the Alpacas, lovely treat to see them. kids and adults will love them.

We stayed at Nana Mac for only one night on our way home from Spain, but would have happily stayed longer if we had the time! The property has been beautifully renovated while retaining historic elements. The hosts are super friendly and enthusiastic about the surroundings. There is a huge garden with a lot of secret spots to relax and the alpacas make it even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back!
