The bathroom was a bit shabby it was quite dark.

The property was comfortable and had everything you needed. Close to the centre of Tours and easy to walk everywhere. Quiet and comfortable.

We booked a breakfast and was not very impressed. There was hardly anything out and everyone had to keep asking the lady in the kitchen for more and that’s when you could get her attention because she had headphones on.

The apartment was in a perfect location.it was clean and tidy with everything you needed.

The pool was fairly small, and since a number of other people were using it, I decided to pass on using it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful for me as an English speaker. The room was quite comfortable, though there is no air conditioning; just had to use the fan. I found the space restful and well laid out for my needs.

There were no coffee/tea making sachets etc in the room which would have been very welcome after driving all day.

Good value for money in an easily found location with parking on the road outside the hotel. We had bikes which we were able to lock in a secure bike facility. The room had more facilities than we expected or needed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and understanding of my less than perfect French speaking ability.

A little bit of mold in the shower cubicle in our room and the pool room now doesn't look as good as it did in the photos.

Well while the bathroom was large and shower was great, there was no shower door and it flooded the whole bathroom floor immediately. Bizarrely, the floor was slightly sloped away from the shower with no drainage. This meant hours of dangerously slippy and soaking floor. Sink plug also could not be removed from the sink.

Excellent location with parking close by. Spacious room with kitchenette, table and chairs, with more than enough kitchenware and facilities. Comfortable bed. Staff were very efficient and check-in and out was easy.

Some of the facilities in the room are a bit outdated, with quite a bit of dust in the corners and noticeable stains on the walls. But overall, it’s still okay.

The staff are very friendly and always smiling. The location is extremely convenient, just a short walk from the train station, with a supermarket right downstairs. The swimming pool is a big plus for families with children. Great value for money!

We stayed for a total of 6 days. I think on the second or third day we asked for towels. We were told that the towels were only changed once a week. Poor breakfast.

Friendly greeting and the staff were very good at English. Helpful with their suggestions and made us feel welcome. Walk in to town to eat. There are some lovely restaurants to choose from. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but it did look nice. The pool was great fun with my 10 year old daughter.

Rooms are small, lighting is terrible. I’m never hot and it was so hot and stuffy for me as there is no AC. Hand towels would be a nice addition. There’s no one at reception around the clock and hard to reach anyone should anything go wrong.

There was no glass by the shower and the toilet paper rolls were place right by the shower. It wasn't possible to open the window enough to allow fresh air during the night due to the location on the ground floor.

It looks like the furniture is not very new (but it works well enough). In my case, the key did not work at the beginning of my stay, and I had to reprogram it at the reception.

The hotel is close to the airport and there is a free transfer. The reception works 24/7. The breakfast is quite varied. There are a sauna and a fitness studio for free for customers (but I did not have time to use them).

No aircon, too hot. Check in slow. Room only cost €45,but € 150 security deposit. Parking a pain, expensive in the street, but reasonable in multi- story.

My fault but don’t check to see it didn’t have air con. They provided two fans, but the noise of those and the heat gave two uncomfortable sleeps.

The room was an excellent size and the kitchen fully equipped. I really liked that there was a bath and shower option as well as other facilities such as an iron and ironing board. There were no WiFi issues and the property is ideally located only a 2 minute walk from the station and 15 minute walk from main attractions such as the Cathédrale Saint-Gatien and Basilique Saint-Martin de Tours. There is a convenience store next door so you can get food, drinks, etc really easily.

We stayed 8 nights and they did not service the room. It was 37 degrees and there was no air-con.. Not enough plates for 2 people. The bedding had animal fur.
