Great location, very clean, daily housecleaning. Perfect for sightseeing as it is very well connected between metro and bus you are 30 mins away from any landmark.

No ashtray on the balcony

Amazing location. The Superior room was exceptional for a Parisian stay. The bathroom was amazing. The location… is perfect. Not so many tourists but close to every wish list. This is my 4th time to Paris and I loved this unpretentious hotel. Staff are also very kind and friendly.

Although I loved this Hotel, I must agree with a previous comment that the floors could do with a good steam clean. This was the only “ critique “ as everything else was great, including the beds. There’s even a small fridge in the Superior room, as well as aircon.

The room was very spacious, clean with a big terrace.

One of the two elevators was frequently out ic order. There is a second elevator that was quite busy when the other one was out of order not a major problem in any case.

Location was good, room size was great!

Bathroom smells, There was blood on the bedsheet, however they changed this when we pointed it out.

Breakfast had limited options, the room was really clean

The location was good but apart from that, there wasn't much else to commend. Except there was one porter (a young man) who was very helpful when we left - he helped us find our Uber, which went to a street around the corner of the hotel. He helped us get our cases into the car too.

The room was warm, and we'd let reception know, and they sent someone up who fiddled with a couple of buttons, which we'd done anyway. There was no change to the room temperature, so the night's sleep wasn't terribly comfortable. The beds weren't terribly comfortable either and there was no iron in the room. We asked reception if they had a wine opener, as we had a wine we wanted to drink but apparently they had no wine opener, which seems very strange for Paris! The hotel reception staff weren't all that friendly or helpful to be honest.

Very well located, right at the heart of Paris without all the noise. Beautiful rooms, just like on their website. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff and not too bad evening cocktails.

The breakfast was delicious. Very cozy room and the staff was polite and very kind to us. The location was perfect as it is 2 minutes walk from the underground station. Easy access to main attractions. Highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting Paris!

Location

We stayed there for three nights with two twin beds rooms. We were mistreated by the breakfast staffs in the first breakfast and felt like being insulted even we paid for the breakfast with extra money. My son has social anxiety so he doesn’t go down to eat breakfast. I asked the first staff if we could bring up two banana and one yogurt for him after we eat and he clearly answered yes, bring whatever you wanted. So after the breakfast, I was picking up three banana and two small yogurts to go, another tall guy stopped me, said we couldn’t bring anything out of this area. I tried to explain to him but he wouldn’t listen. I said I got the permission from the first guy. But he was angry and shouted “here is not a supermarket, you cannot get what you want to leave “ and running out to find another guy. So we didn’t bring anything. When we went back to the rooms, meeting him and another guy half way, he told the other guy to talk to us, said “ not, not, not”, and then came out pots of France language which we didn’t understand. Very rude indeed!!! They treated us like a thieves!!! So I said “that’s ok, we didn’t take anything. Maybe your English was bad and didn’t understand me in the first place “!!my husband felt like being insulted and wanted to report to the manager. But we have a very busy visiting schedule and the full day driver we hired already waiting so we left unhappily. We traveled 21 days in Uk and in Paris. This hotel was the first one denied us to take a few items for my son!!! And the breakfast itself was the worse one. Only two hot items. And you need to boil your own egg if you wanted one!! Another thing is the rooms we booked are two twin beds, but only one room was right and another is a king with only one bedding offered. The price wan cry high but the level of service received here were bad. The reception when checked in was ok and the door boy was friendly so I even gave him a tips. But the breakfast guys ruined our stay.

Central but in a quiet street Understated ‘old-school’ charm and elegance. Wonderful touches with furnishings and decor. Loved the lift! Staff were welcoming and professional. Second visit and will always be our preferred hotel when we stay in Paris.

Hot breakfast food was cold.

The location was perfect - near La Madeleine Cathedral, Printemps Department Store and Galerie de Lafayette, plus it's an easy walk to the Louvre, the Seine and other sites.

Our bed was uncomfortable

Perfect position just few metres from Platz Concorde. Breakfast is not so big choice but the things what are there are very tasty + service on breakfast was really friendly.

All official areas could be cleaner (mirrors, details).
