The floor of our room was dirty, felt a bit grubby, the air conditioning was a bit temperamental (sometimes too strong, then too weak, was difficult to control)

Great breakfast buffet, good room for a family of 4 (one double bed, 2 single beds), only 2min away from the motorway A6 and 20min from Lyon centre, safe carpark (we had bicycles on the back of our car through the night), friendly staff

Service at the restaurant was a bit slow. It was very full, and it seemed there was not enough staff to cope with this. In the room, there is a separate toilet, but no sink. You have to use the sink in the shower room next door to wash your hands, which was a bit frustrating and unhygienic. To enter your room, you have to key in a 9 digit code. Was worried I'd lose the little card with the number. A room key would have been more convenient.

Room very clean. Comfortable bed. Restaurant food was nice and very convenient to have on site especially after a long drive. Good choice for breakfast. Handy to have a fridge and tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Room was spacious, staff very friendly, plenty of outdoor space around the pool which was lovely with kids. Onsite restaurant was also good! Tiny bit in the pricey side. Staff had prepared our room perfectly with a baby bed. Overal we were very satisfied :)

Rude staff. Waitress shouted at our children for laughing in case they disturbed other guests whilst we were eating their meal. Service was very slow too.

Restaurant directly in the hotel with fast turn around and very close to the highway, which makes an easy stop for travellers.

Parking line divisions must be renewed (being enlarged a bit). Many charging points stay empty while the other cars can't find a spot to park. and swimming pool is not really useful. It is too cold. and the garden, I was at this hotel many times, I could rarely sat outside due to insufficient number of seats and/or lounges.

Hotel staff are helpful as always. The rooms are reasonably clean and comfy.

Before breakfast, we clearly placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door. When we returned, the door was wide open, housekeeping was already inside, and our sign was tossed on the floor. We were rushed to collect our belongings and leave — even though we still had more than two hours’ right to the room. In the haste, we left some items behind, which have since gone missing without a trace. Very disappointing. We’ve been guests here about four times before, but now we seriously doubt whether we’ll ever come back.

The weather was hot and the central air-condition was not turned on. I complained and i was given a fan to use.

The rooms were big and very comfortable. The employees were helpful and courteous. This was my second time using the hotel and would consider using them again.

The beds and pillows weren't so comfortable, not bad but not great either.

The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and very good quality. Staff were nice and there was a mini fridge in the room. I was travelling with pets and there was a green area outside for our dog.

Love these motor way hotels. It provides everything you need. Bed, shower, toilet and nothing that you don’t. Also a decent attached restaurant for evening meal.

Very good option for a stopover on the way from Netherlands to the southern part of France. Perfect location, comfortable quadruple room and an excellent breakfast buffet.
