Coul be closer to the center, but this remark is strictly subjective, because one of us is handicapped.

Quiet, not over-luxurious but very comfortable and guest-friendly. Nice and helpful reception. They even allowed us to leave a car in their porking place after we unregistered, just to let us take a stroll & breakfast in the center of this nice city.

The only minus is the shower. It is in one room with a toilet and wash basin. But the shower is open and every time water was on all floor of the toilet/washing room and we had to clean it. A little glass wall can make the shower much more comfortable.

Very good hotel for a family with children. Our target was to find a room with beds for everyone of us and we found it in Zenao. Everything in one, quite large, room - three beds (2 for children and one double-size for us), a mini-kitchen, a dining table, a sofa with a TV, and also a large balcony 😊 By the way, the view from the balcony was beautiful. There is a big parking area on the hotel territory and there is no problem to find a place even in the evening. Also, there is a small nice garden where you can sit under the trees. Perfect position - very close (10-15 minutes) to the centre of the city. Thank you for almost 2 weeks.

No soap in the kitchen and bathroom areas, no fire/smoke detector in room, breakfast not as pictured and wrapped in plastic and empty doggy wate/ poop bags in the dispensers in the park or anywhere.

One of our apartments smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We had booked two twin rooms as there were no family rooms available and we were given rooms on different floors, which wasn’t a problem, just inconvenient.

It was a strange set up with the old folks home as we had rooms next to residents ? I thought they would be separated individual rooms

Room quite spartan - big space but minimalist furnishings which wasn't a problem, but lacked a sense of warmth - unlike the actual temperature which was very warm, with only a fan - no air-conditioning - to ameliorate it. But only a minor issue. Excellent value for money. The biggest problem & easily solved for us pathetic Brits who struggle with French - is that signage clearly showing that the Apartments Reception is different (and well hidden) from the Reception for the senior residents is missing. Hence the door code didn't work when we tried to get in, because we were trying to access the Senior's entry. Wierd, as once inside, it all interconnects! Shared lift, stairs etc. Once pointed out, it's obvious you have to park the other end of the car park and go around the back of the building to find the Apartment entrance & working code!

Lovely clean one room apartment with balcony in a large block which includes 'senior' residents. Great to see this integration of public tourists with permanent citizens of Nevers. Big car park, clear access gated but code if required, given in advance. Big toilet & shower room, plenty of towels, lift to our second floor.

The most inconvenient part is, that the gate at the back, where the hotel is, is permanently locked, so if one wants to walk into the city, one has to take a big detour around the whole block. The bathroom is a bit too much for old/disabled people.

It's part of a retirement home, made into a hotel. This makes it a bit weird, but none the less, the apartment was nice and comfortable. Downtown is quite close and there is a large parking on-site.

The fact that no one speaks a language other than French creates communication problems. Getting multiple codes for entrance, floor, room further confuses the situation. Otherwise the apartment and location are fantastic

Nothing, everything was very good for my two night stay.

The accommodation was comfortable, clean and I liked having somewhere to make a cup of coffee or tea. Also, a good sized fridge. There was also a two ring hob and a microwave but I didn't use either of those. Loved the wet room and for me the entire accommodation was excellent!!. The location is close to supermarkets and also to the centre of the city...well within walking distance. Great parking area and secure, something I always look for as I am travelling on my motorcycle. All things considered, it was pretty perfect. Recommended if you are visiting Nevers.

No one on checkin desk just a phone number to call to get an email with Appartments code and number email arrived 30 mins later so had to call again budget hotels this is acceptable but this was not budget. Breakfast a little sparse but Appartments was large and clean with good WiFi and facilities

Very comfy 1 room appartment, being in the same building as an old folks home was great because it was super quiet and had a park for the kids. Would 100% Come back.

I asked for an appartement on thé ground Floor at thé parking side as my wife could hardly walk. Thé same request at thé Zenao Appart hôtel in Yzeure normaly was refused although it was available on thé moment of Booking.
