Quiet, not over-luxurious but very comfortable and guest-friendly. Nice and helpful reception. They even allowed us to leave a car in their porking place after we unregistered, just to let us take a stroll & breakfast in the center of this nice city.

Coul be closer to the center, but this remark is strictly subjective, because one of us is handicapped.

Local to centre, large bathroom, spacious living diner bedroom.

Worn decor, light hanging down, pillows to thin, missing/ broken trim on work top.

No one on checkin desk just a phone number to call to get an email with Appartments code and number email arrived 30 mins later so had to call again budget hotels this is acceptable but this was not budget. Breakfast a little sparse but Appartments was large and clean with good WiFi and facilities

Very comfy 1 room appartment, being in the same building as an old folks home was great because it was super quiet and had a park for the kids. Would 100% Come back.

I asked for an appartement on thé ground Floor at thé parking side as my wife could hardly walk. Thé same request at thé Zenao Appart hôtel in Yzeure normaly was refused although it was available on thé moment of Booking.

They were very helpful and patient over the phone late at night when we arrived explaining how to access the building and our room.

Very good hotel for a family with children. Our target was to find a room with beds for everyone of us and we found it in Zenao. Everything in one, quite large, room - three beds (2 for children and one double-size for us), a mini-kitchen, a dining table, a sofa with a TV, and also a large balcony 😊 By the way, the view from the balcony was beautiful. There is a big parking area on the hotel territory and there is no problem to find a place even in the evening. Also, there is a small nice garden where you can sit under the trees. Perfect position - very close (10-15 minutes) to the centre of the city. Thank you for almost 2 weeks.

The only minus is the shower. It is in one room with a toilet and wash basin. But the shower is open and every time water was on all floor of the toilet/washing room and we had to clean it. A little glass wall can make the shower much more comfortable.

Large, clean room with plenty of parking and a very nice park.

No soap in the kitchen and bathroom areas, no fire/smoke detector in room, breakfast not as pictured and wrapped in plastic and empty doggy wate/ poop bags in the dispensers in the park or anywhere.

Air condition didn’t work, the staff were meant to send an email with codes for the main door and to get the keys to my room, but never did. I had to call them and they didn’t give me the code to the main door or even tell me I needed one, which meant I got locked out and there was no answer on the phone number provided, so I couldn’t get back into my room
