Amazing location, in the heart of a very cool part of the city and a short walk to the beach. We absolutely loved the location! The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was great to have a shared kitchen access if needed.

Very bad renovation there ! Specially the room bathroom. Minimal work for more return of investment. Very humid in room and warm, you can Hear everyone around you and people talking from next door. I m not even sure this is in norm

The room was on the small side and had no air con so the fan was on full time and was quite noisy. Lack of WiFi was not resolved during stay despite reporting twice.

The use of kitchen and living areas was good and the staff were very friendly and room very clean. . Easy ten minute walk to the beach and easy access to carrefour and fantastic food market both only 5 mins walk and plenty of great restaurants and ice cream places very close.

Some of the fittings in the bedroom are a bit dated and could do with updating, particularly the bathroom.

The community aspect of this property is very good, and guests are willing to talk to each other about their experiences. The rooms and communal areas are well equipped, and staff are on hand to provide guidance on ay matters. The internet connection is strong, and the location is superb. With that in mind this is very good value for money.

- The bathroom sink was dirty upon arrival (we cleaned it ourselves) - The bedroom (top floor) smelled musty/damp - Other people using the coliving space often left the kitchen surfaces dirty with dishes unwashed (not the host's fault, but this wasn't kept on top of)

It was too hot at night without AC. It seems that there are fans available but I was not proposed by this solution when I stayed a whole week with 28 degrees’ inside… and there was a construction work outside for 2 days starting at like 6-7 am (checked my phone). But strangely I didn’t get any notification for that but the girls arriving after received the apology emails from the host, even the work is finished then.

The shared room is clean. The cleaning guy really disinfect well the toilet and the shower room when the previous guest leaves. The location is great. Guests respect the quietness and there are enough room for storing things.

There is lack of soundproofing in the rooms meaning we were disturbed with people coming in late at night. We could also hear people walking in the room above us. Not a massive issue but something to be aware of.

Location: Perfect! City centre, close to the beach and main sites, tons of restaurants and shops close by, 5 minute walk to the bus stop. Street felt very safe. Facilities: Kitchen with everything you need, big shared dining / living room, work space, secure front door with keypad to get in, tables and chairs outside on the terrace. Beyond expectations. Room: We were in a Queen room which was spacious. Bed was very comfortable with pillows and duvet. Lovely double doors to let in fresh air. Our room had a private bathroom which had a shower, towels, hand soap and a hair dryer. There was a dressing table and wardrobe. Overall great room! Staff: Friendly welcome and we were able to store our luggage before check in. Check in was explained via a message and it was all clear and concise.

Great location, very close to the beach and downtown. Affordable option considering the perks! Clean and quiet, but could've been due to it being off peak season for tourists

Sound insulation is nonexistent, you can hear everything. Parking is almost impossible to find around the location, also it could use some updating in general.

Location is good, the shared space is also well laid out with working desks, living room, decent size kitchen and plenty of dining space.

Proper ENGLISH teabags ---- always herbals and the awful Lipton Admittedly supermarkets have poor choice too Had to buy in some Tetley but European grade No bedside table on one side [used bin from Bathroom ]

There should be regular cleaning. the bathroom especially was smelling. The guests were noisy and coming in late.

The bed was comfortable and Flore was very helpful in checking me in and helping out.

With the change of management, it seems it's becoming less of a co-living and more of a guest house - the place is still nice but it lacks a bit of the social aspects it used to have

It's my 3rd stay there. As always, good location, nice shared kitchen & working/chilling spaces. Room was a good size to work from for a few days
