Although we appreciate and like the mostly wooden structure and rustic style of the apartment, we feel the indoor lighting could be improved a little, to make the apartment a bit brighter and warmer to our taste. But of course you can get plently of sunshine if you go out to the large terrace which has a very beautiful view of Mont Blanc...

The location was excellent. Not far from the town center yet in a quiet area with a good view of the mountain tops. The apartment is quite spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, with even a washing machine.

Amazing apartment and stunning hotel. Facilities were top class apartment was spotless and everything we needed was provided. The location is superb and we had our own parking space provided which is a must in Chamomix as it is so busy. Highly recommend this Hotel and apartments for a luxury stay in Chamomix.

Wifi was poor and unstable, not sufficient for a basic work remotely (like, emails). Shortage of water glass and wine glasses (and several glasses were damaged ones), it would be great if the guest service does an inventory of dinnerware sets before arrival of big groups of guests (we were 8 adults and 2 kids).

The design was as expected, the house was cleaned well, location is at 10-15min walking distance from the center and 5 min from a ski bus stop (skied in Argentiere and Flegere due to snow conditions). The guest service support was friendly and responsive.

WiFi these days is a very useful tool yet is was rarely effective but this may well be an issue for the whole town.

A carefully thought out property in the alpine style with well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom and separate wc and bathroom. Included in the price is your own parking space for one car. The property is situated very close to the railway line (the first is at 06:30 each morning) but not to obtrusive and only a short walk from the centre of Chamonix. Oh, and great views of Mont Blanc!

Apartment is very well furnished and good range of kitchen utensils are provided to meet needs. Location is excellent. Short walking distance to Buses, Train and the main town. Staff are just super helpful. would definitely stay here again.

The Chalet was extremely volumes with lots of space to hangout, relax and store winter-sports gear and equipment. We were a group of 6 adults and 3 kids 2-6 yrs. Very comfy bedrooms and a great TV set up in the huge attic space for movies. the location is super near the ski lifts and town centre but situated in a quit area that felt like a little village of really nice Chalets. The house as lots if outdoor space to enjoy the snow or sun. It has a ton of character with exposed stone walls and timber but is very up to date with modern bathrooms etc. the underfloor heating ensured we were always nice and comfortable even with -17 temperatures.

The only complaint I had was the terrible Wi-Fi. For a place this nice it was unthinkable to not have even decent Wi-Fi. In this day and age everyone counts on good Wi-Fi to make your plans. The Wi-Fi is the only reason I did not give this apartment a rating of 10.

Many things about the property were great. The apartment size was very comfortable. The bed was excellent. The kitchen was well supplied and we enjoyed a full size refrigerator. It was also very quiet and private.

Bedroom curtains are almost useless, Sun light shines through them first thing in the morning. The secondary bedroom bed was very uncomfortable it was strange. Hand soap smelled strange.

Good location & quite neighbourhood. Free parking space, super helpful concierge reachable at any time, fully equipped kitchen, easy to use washing machine, good shower fittings, spacious closets that made our packing and unpacking easy. Spacious & cute apartment.
