Regarding your comments, we would like to clarify the following: Air conditioning: As mentioned on our website and partner platforms, our rooms are not equipped with air conditioning. Due to our location at high altitude in Briançon, temperatures remain naturally cool at night, even in summer. For added comfort, fans are provided in each room. Parking: As clearly stated on our official website and on Booking.com, our private parking is available by reservation only due to our central location and limited capacity. The availability and price are also indicated at the time of booking, so that you have all necessary information before confirming your stay. That said, as you noticed, several public parking options are available near the hotel. SPA: Our SPA is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., as noted on the welcome sheet you received upon arrival and on the door of the wellness area. This facility is offered free of charge for the comfort and relaxation of our guests. Elevator: We appreciate your feedback about the elevator floor. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Maintenance is already scheduled. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again and providing an even better experience. We’re sorry to learn that you were disturbed by outside noise and the heat during your first night. As mentioned on our website and partner platforms, our property is located right in the center of Briançon, close to shops and amenities. There can be some car traffic, but nothing like in big cities — Briançon is still a small mountain town, generally quiet and peaceful. Regarding air conditioning, we do not have any, as also stated in our listings. However, thanks to the altitude, temperatures naturally drop at night, which usually ensures a comfortable sleep. Indeed, we are located in the center of Briançon, so all shops and restaurants are easily accessible on foot from the hotel. It’s also great to know that our team could quickly assist with your room change and that you were satisfied with the room provided. Regarding the parking, we strongly recommend booking your parking space in advance, as being right in the city center, we have limited spots available. Indeed, the parking fills up very quickly, especially with motorcyclists during this time of year. However, we do our best to accommodate all our guests, so even without an advance reservation, we try to make sure that our clients can park in our lot whenever possible.
