1-The staff (all of them) are very welcoming and helpful. 2-Hotel location(Orléans) is very good, close to Metro & Buses, you can go to all important places in Paris by using public transportation. Orly Airport is not very far either. The area has everything you could ask for: bakeris, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies & supermarkets. 3-The rooms are clean & well maintained.

Clean, budget friendly accomodation in Paris - no complaints to be had. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Location is 5 mins away from the metro which takes you into the heart of Paris within 15 mins. A supermarket and boulangerie are right around the corner.

There was little space to maneuver in the room and the bathroom. This wasn't a big issue for me but might be for some. The walls are a bit thin, so keep that in mind. Most nights were quiet, but a couple nights or early mornings I was awakened by noise from neighboring rooms which was a bit annoying.

The room was clean, organized, and well heated (I stayed in January). The staff was excellent. They were friendly, attentive, and helpful. In particular I'd like to point out Moumia, who went above and beyond to give me helpful suggestions on where to visit and how to use the public transportation. She even helped me find vegan friendly places to eat. I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone was. Overall I would say this was a great value hotel.

Good localization, markets bakeries and metro is close to the property. Comfortable bed and pillows, I’ve slept like a baby. Bed sheets/towels are of a good quality, what is also important and pleasant to use. Clean and proper bathroom.

The door in the toilet 🤯 What an awful decision to make it transparent… Especially when it’s exactly in the front of the bad! Especially when here is a gap between door and the wall … Any privacy. You will see everything what your partner is doing there… or hear it, or sneeze it👍

We don’t have a breakfast, so I cannot say anything about it. But the hotel in general was great. The district looks safety, personal was polite. In the room you’ll have kettle, tea and coffee sticks. Just be ready to pay refundable deposit 99€ (this information is on the site, just read carefully).

The location is very close to Metro station "Port d'Orleans", just a few minutes walk, both bus and metro are very convenient to get to downtown, 20-30 minutes. The receptionists are very friendly and easy to communicate with, they responded to my every request friendly and promptly. Room are small and interior designs not very new, but very comfortable, I like the view from little balcony of my room at 5th floor, the neighborhood is safe and have many restaurants to consider and there are pharmacy stores nearby to shop. I only took one breakfast at the hotel when I arrived, it has simple bread, yogurt, cheese, fruit, juice etc. A buffet at 1st floor, if you have rush schedule in Paris, this would be good choice. Overall, it is recommended for travelers visiting Paris for their 1st time.
