On a positive note, the rooms were clean, and the kitchen was equipped with necessary amenities, including a washing machine and dryer.

Negative: 1) The owner didn't respond to our message on the booking.com when we had issues to check in. He didn't provide an effective way for us to communicate in Paris. We had to make an international call to obtain the door key. 2) The owner didn't provide us with a key to enter the building. so we had to wait for someone else to enter before we could gain access. 3)) The location is quite far away from the city center, taking approximately an hour to travel back and forth. The train system often switches to shuttle buses due to the distance, meaning that one trip can take up to 1.5 hours. During our four-night stay, we experienced two nights where we had to take the shuttle bus and one night where we had to wait for another train to continue the line. As we do not speak French, we often had to ask people nearby for the meaning of the announcements. 4) There was not enough hot water for all nine of us to take a shower, and in some cases, there was no hot water at all. We had to wait until the next morning to take a shower. 5) There was no living room space provided for us to sit and relax.
