We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyWe had a room with 3 small beds (not as we booked) on the first day. The hotel promised to change it to a room with a bigger bed (as we booked) the next morning but it was delayed until we came back in the afternoon.
The room is clean and the breakfast is delicious. There is a small area for kids next to the breakfasr area. There are 3 elevators to be used. The location is great which is right next to the first station of metro M3. You have a big shopping mall with Auchan supermarket next to the front door.

TurkeyLocation isn't the best as you take approx. 1h to Paris center and metro is in 20 minutes walking distance. The windows are locked at all times and cannot be opened. The bathroom is full of water after taking a shower once.

United KingdomSorry but the breakfast was big disappointment, lots of things but nothing good to eat, all cold food including the hot meals. Very little choice, not creative very repetitive all around. Rooms very out dated especially the bathrooms with broken things and slow water going through the drains, bathrooms not very clean room could do with airing it out more fresh. Nothing much to do at hot or in the area. For the price it's a let down.
Very friendly staff upon arrival and throughout our stay. Very kind to allow us an early check-in. Location not too bad and fair from central Paris. Hotel on top of shopping centre.

United KingdomRoom wasn't clean, it was tidy but there were water bottles left on the floor from previous guests. The bathroom was dated and the shower was awful. Windows don't open but the HVAC did maintain a decent temperature. The area around the hotel does not seem safe at night with lots of groups of drunks lining the streets.
Location is convenient directly opposite line 3 of the Metro. Convenient parking that's easy to find, the hotel sent instructions following the booking that were easy to follow, my car on foreign plates was fine.

The only issue was that the room doors made a lot of noise when opening, which could wake you up and the room was a bit hot. Maybe they could fix that with a bit of WD-40 or some oil.
