Beausoleil is very beautiful but also very hilly so the disabled & elderly need to do some research before they come to find the many outdoor escalators & lifts which will help them make light of their travels.

The attractive apartment felt like a home from home! It was very comfortable & well equipped. The WiFi was excellent plus tea & coffee was in abundance as well as lots of other little well thought out things to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In particular Patrick the host deserves his super host status. He made himself available at all times & he is a kind & considerate man! He clearly wants his guests to have the most wonderful of times. My photos may appear a little dark but that's because I had half masked the shutters as it was a particularly hot day!

    All good

Good location, 800m walk to the train station and popular attractions. Patrick, our host, was so nice, he picked us up at the train station and dropped us to the train station when we left, and gave us a tour of the city. Thanks Patrick!

    - The bed and sofa were extremely hard, which is really bad for your back. I ended up having to put the spare duvet underneath the sheet as I was waking up incredibly stiff. The sofa(bed) was uncomfortable to sit on, for the same reason. - Being a European (non-UK) city, the bins are collected overnight and in their infinite wisdom, the council decided to dig up and re-tarmac the road outside the apartment between 9:30pm and 6am!! Sound insulation is really poor, due to bad design of the patio doors, so we barely got any sleep for the first two nights - bring ear plugs and just hope. (Note this isn't the fault of the owner or the apartment, of course). - The whole apartment block is air-conditioned to about 20C, which means there's always fresh air (great) but it's dry (not great). There is also an additional air-conditioner for heating or cooling but this makes the air even drier and caused havoc with my throat and eczema so we ended up leaving it off and just wearing a jumper instead (bit of a first world problem, admittedly!). A simple electric heater just to bring the temperature up a degree or two would have been far better. - Due to the apartment block air conditioning, be prepared to enjoy the smells of the neighbouring Indian restaurant every evening and Sunday morning... I love a good curry but it did get a bit much!

    - Host was extremely helpful and friendly, thank you! - Very well-equipped apartment had everything we could have needed - Good location about 5-10 minutes walk from Monaco - Small supermarket about 5-10 minutes walk away - Great wifi/internet speed - Good shower

    Nothing.

A beautiful apartment in a great location. Nicely arranged, clean and comfortable. The owner is very kind. My advice is that when you search for accommodation and come across this one, stop looking and rent this one. You wont regret. Perfect location for visiting Monaco.

This is 100% the best host I have stayed with. The apartment does require a little bit of walking as listed on the site to the beach, worth it. The host took his time, to explain everything to us in the apartment! Showed us the nearest grocery store, gave us a man and it was just 100% amazing. The apartment had two coffee machines, jam, bread, hairdryer anything you can think of, better than any hotel. I cannot say one negative thing about this apartment.

The only thing that I'd change would be a normal bed, not a sofa bed, but it does the job for a short stay.

The gentleman who lets out the apartment is such a delight! He was welcoming and helpful with check-in, how to get places, and even offered a lift to the train at check out. The apartment itself is better than i expected. It's nothing flash, but it's affordable and so close to monaco, literally 1 street away. There's a washing machine and plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Even bread and jam for breakfast.

Patrick is a great host!!! He picked me up at the airport and then kindly gave me a city tour. It was more than lovely!! Such a gentile person. The apartment is well located (600 m from the Grimaldi Forum where I had my conference), fully equipped and confortable. I strongly recommend it!!!

Only the view on a parking lot (after some days) and the pillows are a little too hard. Patrick had left 2 further ones in a room next door, unfortunately I missed that. It is a very good value for being so close to Monaco! Can absolutely recommend it!!

Patrick, the owner, is a very kind and helpful person. He offered us transport to the airport in Nice on a Sunday very early in the morning at 5am. The little apparent has everything you need, it is new and the kitchen is well equipped. The children loved the bunk bed. It was absolutely clean. There is a laundry machine in the bathroom. I was there for a conference and walked 10-15 minutes to the Grimaldi Forum. Close by are shops and a supermarket.

Bed was rock hard and extremely uncomfortable so got very little sleep due to this. It is the only thing that lets down the apartment but it is a very important thing and should be addressed.

Beautiful apartment, very well equipped, perfect location for visiting Monaco, excellent internet, has everything really you could wish for.
