We would like to clarify that while a Mont Blanc view was indeed included in the room category you booked, the balcony is not a guaranteed feature and is subject to availability. Unfortunately, on the day of your arrival, we were fully booked and unable to accommodate a room change with a balcony. However, as soon as availability allowed, we were able to move you the following day to a room that included both the view and the balcony. We regret any confusion this may have caused and truly apologize if this impacted your stay. We appreciate your comments and will use them to continue improving our guest experience. Just to clarify, we do offer a children's corner with free games for kids, as well as a selection of board games available for our guests to enjoy at no cost.
