The AC is a big Minus of the hotel, specially when during the summer. It is not a real AC so the rooms are not fresh at all, too bad The rooms themselves are a bit old The garden is left abandoned, there are bad herbs growing all over the pool, it’s a shame that kids can’t run a bit in the green area. My kid was bitten by nettles and cried for an hour. Also very dangerous, there is an open door, leading directly outside the hotel which is nothing else but… the freeway ! Don’t leave your kid out around the pool

The pool and the staff are the nicest part of this hotel, but take into consideration that the pool sides are old and kids can hurt themselves while playing around in the water. Some waterbeds were at disposal in the hotel which we really appreciated specially for the kids. Breakfast is great and everyone in the staff is very friendly and caring.

Old looking room that was very stuffy and hot, so we had a poor night sleep. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The rooms could do with some renovations.

Check in wasnt great however the young check in assistant was pleasant and friendly. Problem was the experienced check in person butting in asking me to reserve a table for dinner before I completed the check in

Boarded up premises nearby already indicated that the hotel was left behind, in an area in decline. All photos are decades old and it clearly should have lost its 4 stars a long time ago. Stained curtains, flaking wall paints, crude shower over bathtub, no air conditioning, inadequate housekeeping, insufficient staff etc. How can this hotel still be advertised as a Novotel!!

The aircon was not up to the challenge of a heat wave. One of the reasons I picked the location was on site EV charging, which panned out ot Tesla (not a problem but not expected) and at the time it was offline. That being said, there are plenty of fast chargers in the area and this was not a problem for me.

Coming from the perspective of a budget traveler, I thought it was excellent. Rooms were bigger and better fitted than I expected. Facilities were good, my son and I really enjoyed the pool.

No bar open all the time, even by the pool. People in the reception are not comfortable with English. The TV was not working (not a real issue, because we were not particularly interested on it, but it should be working). The faucet in the bathroom had a strange design that prevented us from drinking tap water without a glass. No toilet brush in the bathroom. It looks outdated and weared inside.

The bed (spacious and comfortable). The fresheness of the room (no A/C, and it was quite hot outside). The curtain in the shower (not common in France). The solicitation for a taxi was promptly and properly handled.

This place is like it was in 1982. Awful furniture, terrible decor, cheap, ugly and awful value for money. Nearby firms need to stop recommending it.

The rooms were just depressing, old, dingy. I actually left without checking out and booked another hotel nearby.

Friendly staff. Good situated in reaching Paris within 20-30 Minutes by car or taxi.
