An unpleasant smell in the room and bathroom, a bit like mold.

Arrived and charged us £16 tax then asking for more money of £50 deposit without telling me the lift was very up and down and small other than that it was quite a mid experience and no where near the city centre so not ideal expensive to get their.

The hotel was quite a way outside the city center, so it would take about 40 minutes in the train to get around. Which meant that once I had left for the day I would have to be stocked with everything so I wouldnt need to come back. But also, if I missed the last train of the day I would have to take the bus which would be a hassle.

My room was clean and very private. My intention during the stay was to get some rest and that's exactly what this hotel provided.

The breakfast was perfect but maybe the coffee croissant option would have been a lot cheaper!! Good location for Roland Garros I had a lovely walk over the river!! I liked the room although very snug!

I just loved how cozy and clean the room was. I was travelling solo so the room was the perfect size, maybe for couples can be a bit tight, though. I attended an event in the Expo, so location was pretty good, just across the street. The staff was friendly and decoration was on point, pillows were so comfy.

Activities in the lobby, no music, no TV, no newspapers

The location is very good and close to public transport, the breakfast is solid for a French hotel. The staff is extremely hard working and very friendly. The cleanliness is very good.

Room a bit noisy, super small elevator, few toiletries. But really nothing annoying. I would have loved to have some city information from the staff, but they didn't know much although they were willing to help.

The hotel is so cute that I would recommend it even for non-business trips. We chose it because it is just in front of the Porte de Versailles facilities, but it is very close to metro, bus and tram stops, therefore it is easy, although not short, to reach touristic spots. Spotlessly clean and very comfortably furnished, the room is small but everything fits. Hands and shower gel smell delicious.

When I arrived (9 pm) the heating was switched off so the room was very cold and didn't warm up quickly so I was cold during night. Also windows are single glassed so the cold enters into the room. No heating in the bathroom. No kettle in the room.

Very close to metro and tram stops. Very cosy room and hall (open 24 hours). A bottle of filtered water every day and hairdryer in the room. Just in front of the Expo. Safe area. Nice cafes/bistros just downstairs.
