- My neighbours were loud and telephoned outside after midnight. - The present desk was too small. -A 2-person room is actually much better suited for one person.

The general surroundings were poor. No local place was open / available that served food with a beer. A number of restaurants were food only/non alcohol establishments. Disappointing.

Good value for money and great location to the motorway. Great place for a single night stop over.

Well, it is not a 4 star hotel. But for a chain hotel it is one of the good ones. Breakfast was minimal.

Very friendly and helpful staff. McDo, LIDL, bakery and a Kebab place are in walking distance. Very convenient if you want a stop over close to the highway.

The stair for the bunk bed wasn't easy to use for my child. The door for the toilet couldn't be closed well.

As expected for such kind of hotels the room is a little bit larger than the bed. The breakfast was modest but not bad. The parking is just in front of the rooms. The mattresses were comfortable.

No bedside table/shelves to put telephone, water glass and alarm clock for use in the night!!☹️

Could have been cleaned better. Lots of cobwebs and dust around the floor and in the corners.

Lack of space to move in bedroom and (especially) bathroom and basic breakfast. The shower head had been set too high on the wall and was not adjustable. No in-room tea or coffee facility.

This Première Classe hotel has benefitted from recent refurbishment and this has been carried out to a good standard with nice fittings and finishes. However, the room and bathroom are so, so cramped! Breakfast was OK but pretty basic. If all one needs is a comfortable bed and clean bathroom for the night at minimum cost, then Première Classe is OK but, for not a lot more money, one can find much better value.

Very good access close from the highway. Easy parking just in front of the hotel. Easy check in/out. Clean room. Very good with the low price.

I did arrive soon at the hotel (around 14h30) and it is written on the door that there is no available staff until 17h00. So I needed to use the automatic checkin machine to get the key to my room. I was unable to use the machine, because at the moment to pay, either my card or my phone were not accepted. (please try again...) For an uknown reason. There is an 'emergency' number in case of problem. I thought maybe it is not an emergency and I can try to wait for 17h00... but finally I did call the hotel. I was lucky because indeed, there was some staff in the hotel and the guy was able to help me. But let imagine that I would arrive at 1am and there is no staff available in the hotel ? I would have been really super pissed to call the hotel to finally have the key to my room. I have to say that this is not the first time there is some 'tech' problems with the hotels Première Class. Last time, I took one around Angers, and there was also some problems with the checkin... That's why I give only 6 as a note. Because other than that it was perfect for the price.

The location, next to a commercial center, you got everything you want, and just next to the main roads. Enough space in the room and clean. The breakfast was quite good for the price. (good value for the money) And the bed was enough comfy for one night.

The conditioner was spreading the water all night and in the morning the wardrobe was full.of water.There is a bad noise cancellation in the room.

The hotel has a self check-in, so after 21:00 you have a possibility to check-in by yourself. In general the room was exceptional. It was super clean and cozy. The kids bed above the main bed did it's thing, the kid was super excited about it the staff was friendly. The breakfast was reasonable and tasty. The room was small but worth its money.
