    Not what I expected .

From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The carpet in the lobby was filthy and stained, giving the entire place a dirty, neglected feel. It didn’t get better in the room — there was an awful, persistent smell that made it hard to even stay inside comfortably. The bathroom was in terrible condition, with a rotten shower cubicle that looked like it hadn’t been properly maintained in years. It was unhygienic and made using the facilities really unpleasant. On top of that, there was no reception at the hotel itself. I had to walk to another hotel nearby just to check in, check out, and even for breakfast. This was never made clear in advance, and it was a huge inconvenience. This hotel fails on the most basic expectations: cleanliness, comfort, and proper management. For the price, it’s completely unacceptable. I will not be returning and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Old and worn-out furnishings, lack of space in room (no place to store clothes), smelly toilet, only a small and old towel provided, broken automatic check-in machine. Lack of clear directions to go to next building for reception. Food at breakfast was scarce.

Fast and free WIFI, good A/C, closeness to supermarket and bus stop. Green surroundings.

Smelly and dirty. With no staff present on the site after 23h00, we had to make a tour of a hotel trying to find a door which our room key card could open. And we were not alone doing it! I will never stop there again

It was cheap but this is exactly what you are going to get as a service. Do not expect much bur rather check in, go to bed and close your eyes very quickly. The gas station was next to the hotel so that we could carry on the trip early in the morning after a stop over.

I will rather consider another place to stay next time when I come to the area.

The room was cold, draught was coming from the window and the electric radiator did not work (was probably intentionally disconnected). There was an AC fan unit with heating function, but it was quite loud and not very efficient. That was annoying especially when I arrived late into the cold room and wanted to go sleep immediately. I had to run it on maximum (loud) power and it still took very long before it was reasonably warm inside. The room smelled like cigarette smoke although it was a non-smoking room, but seemed to be relatively clean. The back-lit switch on a lamp above the bed which shines directly into your eyes the whole night is also not a good design idea. There is no reception at the hotel and no staff is available. Only a machine that takes your credit card and gives you a room key. The machine overcharged me for the stay. I was supposed to pay 228€, but ended up paying 260€. If you want to talk to someone, you have to go to another hotel nearby, where also breakfasts are. The lady in the other hotel promissed that they will refund me the overcharged ammount, for which she needed to fill in a form and provide the credit card number and ID (seems fishy already). It's been almost two month and I still have not received anything. The promissed courtyard/mountain view meant looking into a 3m far-away wall, but since I needed the room to sleep over only, I did not mind that. I did not require and expect anything special, but I guess next time I'll rather choose a different place. I've stayed before in another hotel of the Premiere Classe chain in the area (it's no longer there) and it was much better. The price is among the lowest in the region but there are still better places to stay for a comparable price.

No reception open, so had to ring a nearby hotel for booking in. Not a hot shower in the morning, tepid warmth. Was cheaper to stay in hotel opposite.

Easy to find lots of free parking, warm room with clean towel and bedding. Secure door on the second floor. Decent WiFi. Nearby a huge supermarket and fuel station.

Cheaper than other hotels. Good breakfast.

It is confusing that the reception is at a different building than the rooms (google maps guides you to the rooms building and then you have to search around a bit). The guy at the reception was almost rude scolding me that ... I didn't know this! The room, especially the toilet, was more like a cubiculum. Also, there was no elevator (in a new building designed as a hotel with guests with luggage).

    Spacious parking, breakfast was "ok".

That machine. Please put at least one staff and reception facility. Breakfast you have to walk few meters to another hotel

There is no reception desk. Instead there is a machine to check in. There is a risk of double entry of guests for breakfast. The machine took extra money from me for two days breakfast. Everyone also struggling at machine. Then I helped one family so that the family saved some money. But I like the staff at Kyriad hotel who provided breakfast. Especially a gentleman who was very nice and helpful.

After a long journey, we arrived at a hotel that has no reception at all, so we had to go to another building. No one warned us about this, so we lost a lot of time until other guests instructed us. The rooms are extremely small. The group had several rooms, some of which were clean and others not. The bathroom is too small and clumsy, and in some of them the door could not be closed. The bus goes very rarely to the hotel in the evening, so we had to be careful when going back.

If you only need to sleep and not spend much, the accommodation is fine. There are several shops nearby to get food. There is also a bakery nearby where you can have breakfast and drink coffee.

Door to the bathroom does not close. Shower and toilet is a no go. Basically you have to be careful that during the shower you don't get the toilet all wet. Lights above bed should not have night light to see where they are. They always shine to your head. No personell was on sight.
