Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

NetherlandsOur room (connected by a door) was very dirty — I had to clean parts (doors and bedframes etc.) myself, and housekeeping was needed. The pillows were very small, and the towels were thin.
The building, as well as Mario and Mohamed, were friendly and helpful. We stayed with breakfast included. Breakfast was simple, as expected. The room was larger than what we’re used to at Premiere Classe, making this hotel overall better than the other Premiere Classe locations we’ve stayed at.

United KingdomAir conditioning was not that great. It impacted our sleep especially during the heat wave. Provisioning a table fan might help. Room is very small to our liking but the main dislike is the cigarette smoke that is coming through the extractors in the toilet. People with smoke and dust allergy are badly impacted by this. Room service can also be better at cleaning!
Cost effective option for family visiting Paris and the excellent location with easy access to public transport and secure car parking.

Very small (knew that when booking) but clean room. Met our needs. If you just need to place to sleep, it's great. If you want spent more time in your room - not so much. Good location - close to train (metro), bus grocery store and few restaurants

I like the location,so easy to navigate, they have vending machine, grocery are near, breakfast was simple with fresh crossaint and breads but very good to starr your day exploring Paris. The room and toilet was small but still convenient, value for money. The Bed are the most comfortable bed ive slept in, probably just so tired after whole day of exploring Paris. It was safe to walk at night too, i was with my 2 daughters and we never felt scared coming home after 10pm.Staff are very approachable, most especially the cleaning lady( sorry didnt get her name).

Pakistanrecently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with some of the facilities and the staff's behavior. Although the hotel has a fridge and a kitchen, guests are not allowed to use the kitchen utensils or even store food in the fridge. One night, when I requested to put some food in the fridge, the staff responded very rudely, which was quite upsetting. It would be helpful if the hotel made these restrictions clear at the time of booking and improved their customer service. Otherwise, the hotel's location, cleanliness, and other services were very good and appreciated.

PortugalOn the downside, I would highlight the lack of soundproofing, which may be problematic for light sleepers, as noises from other rooms or the hallway can be quite noticeable. Additionally, there was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor, which may be unpleasant for non-smokers. While the staff overall were polite, helpful, and consistently attentive, there was an unfortunate incident on the first night. A member of the cleaning staff began shouting and repeatedly knocking on my door, seemingly upset because I had declined room service for that day. This happened shortly after I had arrived from the airport, exhausted and in need of rest. The aggressive attitude felt unnecessary and unwelcoming, especially in such a vulnerable moment. I would also recommend avoiding late-night returns if staying in the area, as the streets around Gennevilliers can feel a bit unsettling after dark. That said, aside from these issues, the overall experience was very good considering the price. The hotel offers great value for budget-conscious travelers, particularly those who prioritize location and basic comfort.
It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to access main attractions and public transportation. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast, although simple, included everything necessary to start the day — fresh bread, pastries, fruit, coffee, and juice. It was more than sufficient for a budget-friendly option. Overall, this accommodation offers excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it to travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a good location without overspending.

UkraineLocation is not far from train to get to the city centre of Paris directly in around 30 minutes. Taxi is also possible in the late evening/at night. Room was clean, as on photos according to the type of reservation. Not too many space, but we were only sleeping there as it was intense Paris visit. Breakfast is available but we didn’t try. Good for several nights.
