Very Poor WiFi

We stayed here for one night because we were stuck for over three hours in tunnel traffic between Italy and France, and needed somewhere to get some rest before continuing the journey. The 24-hour self check-in process was a bit strange and unclear at first — Booking.com should explain it better — but once we figured it out, it was actually very easy. The hotel itself is very average: • Bed: average comfort • Bathroom: average • TV in the room • Wi-Fi: terrible connection • Location: close to the airport, but in a rather odd spot Overall, just a functional place to sleep if you need to be near the airport, nothing more.

Excellent value for the money, simple hotel for the a short stay on the road. Room was perfectly adeequate, bed was comfortable, nothing to complain about. Breakfast was also pretty good.

Practical hotel a 10 minute drive from st ex airport, clean and functional with a few restaurants nearby, we ate at the Carpe Diem which was great! Very happy with this find and i would stay again!

The instructions to find the after hours check-in were not comprehensive enough. 1st gate is difficult to identify as at night it is not clear it is a gate; it felt more like an entrance. It said by the traffic light, but it would be helpful to also say when turning into the compound from the main road. At the entrance to the hotel car park, it would be good to have a map to where to go for check in. This is only at the hotel door itself that was only reachable via a little gate at the back. Also the instructions said to wait for print, but it was not printing. You had to photograph the little screen. Also when the room number was displayed the car park entrance gate code was given; at any subsequent screens only the code for the room was given. Please alert future guests to the importance to note down the car park code immediately. The room code can be requested again.

It is a very small room. Ok for one night. You can upgrade to a larger size room, but that is more money. There is no coffee machine, microwave or mini fridge, but there is a communal microwave and a machine in the lobby. There was also no hand towel in the room. Just bath towels and a floor towel for getting out of the shower. TIP: restaurants and grocery stores are closed on Sundays so plan accordingly.

Location is close to the airport, which was good for us, but it is a very industrial location. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was fantastic! Great that it also had free parking. Bath towels were nice and soft.staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

Be aware that on a Sunday all the restaurants in walking distance are closed, but a good italian restaurant 5 mins drive away - other side of the motorway so not advisable to walk

Safe, secure parking making it ideal for our European driving tour Good staff Clean rooms - initial room had a leak, we told reception and he moved us straight away to a new room. Very clean with comfy bed.
