My bedroom and bathroom were good.

Breakfast was problematic because too many people arrived at the same time and there was little left: no croissants, no bread, no water, no cold milk for cereal. I reported it at reception. So we stood waiting for a long time. Then having got a bread, the orange juice ran out too! So obviously noone was checking... Just responding to the crisis... No point saying that the tables needed wiping down and more teaspoons!! Felt lucky to get breakfast eventually but it wasn't stress-free

Smelt badly of cigarettte smoke & was small, but it was cheap

Got upgraded to the hotel next door for breakfast but even that hotel was horrible

Didn't have our room booking. Rooms weren't great and toilets were dirty. Electricity went off in the middle of the night

Absolutely nothing good about the property. Arrived and an hour later left as I absolutely was not allowing my child to stay there.

Couple was arguing from the moment we got there, no staff it was done by a machine. The room was dirty full of webs. Found packets from illegal activities on the grass outside. Horrific, we booked somewhere else 10 mins down the road instead

The room was dirty, there were dead bugs all over, the bathroom was tiny, we booked a triple room and were only given a dounle bed. The local area was rough there were dodgy characters around the hotel. Stay away

convenient location for stopover on the way to the south of France. short drive from Troyes. Clean, comfortable bed. cheap accommodation.

For one night for the price it was exactly what we needed but the rooms were small and entirely functional with no attempt at character. There were two floors above ground and no lift. Reception and breakfast were in the next door hotel

The staff members that we came into contact with were polite and helpful. The location for a one night stopover was convenient.

Whilst I appreciate that you get what you pay for and the rooms are cheap, we have stayed in similar priced hotels that were much better. The whole bathroom was quite grubby, mould on the bottom of the shower curtain and I had to clean the toilet before we used it. The whole building and rooms are tired and run down. We had flying cockroach / beetles in our room and big bulges of water in the walls from water leaks.

Well situated if you wanted to break the journey up when driving to the alps

I paid for 3 rooms but only got to 2. Leaving 4 beds for 7 people. The accommodation provider is now not responding to me about getting a refund back. We followed all procedures but this doesn’t seem to count for anything. Also, there was a cockroach in one of the rooms, which is far from ideal

The building requires some attention it looks rundown and unloved. The rooms are small and basic and could do with freshening up. We had asked for and agreed a travel cot but it was not in the room and we struggled to find anyone to ask. There is far too much signage which is confusing. The reception is at the hotel next door and once we asked we got one but it did not have a mattress which meant our little one struggled to sleep in it as the flimsy base kept moving. Overall would not stay again.

Satisfactory for the journey

Stayed here many times, it's a perfect stop, distance wise for our journey. On this occasion and it has happened before, the first room given to us had not been cleaned, but it was easily resolved. Also, air con. not the best.
